I imagine it basically being just like the Arkham games, except of course, more cartoony and kid friendly.
The graphic style could be similar to the one of Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time.

Ok off topic here but I love how fearful the goons sound, Nolan North did a phenomenal job with all the voice acting and the goons actually sound scared and nervous for what's about to happen to them. Steve Blum also did a pretty good job but I think Nolan makes the fear stand out better. And this video is awesome it's like watching the real Dynamic Duo take everyone down💯💯💯

These suits looked so bad in the “realistic setting” but I couldn’t help but always be so attracted to them because of how well they looked by itself.

FOR ARKHAM KNIGHT.
Try this. Having the predator awareness setting on (not available on knightmare difficulty) double jam a guard's gun, ready to explode. When he is in alert state, slowly walk into his line of sight or just somehow make yourself detected and when the slow mo kicks in, try shooting electrical projectile and if you're lucky, you'll watch this in slo mo as your electric guns projectile slowly proceeds to blow the guard's gun.
Knightmare difficulty isn't in Arkham City

Same, would've been awesome. They'd definitely make the skin look even better in knight. I personally would have loved a Batman: The New Adventures skin as well, but that's not nearly as iconic. Also, we'd need to get the BTAS batmobile too. Just freeroaming and doing some missions with it, combined with the animated skin, it would've been beyond cool. Kinda feels like a big missed opportunity, really. It could've been a nice send off for the series.
The animated series designs in Arkham City is pretty much the equivalent of having the Wind Waker characters in Hyrule Warriors.
