You are a beautiful woman whose scars and quirks are Invisible to the rest of us. Your inner light shines through and covers any “flaws” you might have. Stay with your inside beauty I too have a scar under my chin from a fall as a child. I also broke my nose falling down the stairs at my grandparents’ home when a child. My nose was crooked for years ( in those days you only saw the doctor if you were bleeding profusely, possibly dying or had a broken limb ). My daughter broke my nose accidentally and I had surgery. ( I couldn’t breathe after my daughter broke my nose!). And I have a misaligned knee that forces my foot to point outwards from my body. I have learned to adjust my walk. I just pray that my inner self outshines my outer body half as much as yours. May God continue to bless you and your loved ones

I don't know if you will see this but I'll mention it. I'm a nurse and have been for over forty years now. Got so sick all the time working in pediatrics so I started doing nasal washes everyday and found I never get sick anymore. Washes out all the infectants that get up in the nasal passages and the histamine release gets washed out also. I do not like the netty pot. I use the squeeze bottle and powder and warm water! Works really well for people with allergies which is what your body does reacting to mold. Histamine release causing a whole cascade of trouble. Simply wash your nose out when you're having trouble or think you could react to something and you're good to go❣️ OF course if you are an asthmatic you always do what your doctor tells you to do❣️🙏🤗

Thanks for sharing your mold issue.We were on the Big Island when the volcano erupted. I woke Up early in the morning..4:00 am and couldn’t breath. Ash was in my lungs, but hadn’t settled yet. Was off the Island on the first flight out. Dr. told my husband how dangerous it was. Lady next to me in hospital was in n oxygen permanently.Iva e big time issues with coughing and sinus with hot weather and dew point when high.

Thank you for this video, Priscilla. It is so great to be able to learn more about your life. I am sorry about the mold, I have an allergy to it as well and the nasal drip is awful. I live in a place that was built in 1929 and my bathroom had a small touch of it in the shower and it really drove me crazy. I use oil of oregano nasal spray and it had helped immensely. Thank goodness you are OK now. I, too, gave myself to the Lord at an early age and so I can relate to your experience there. I lived in Cairo Egypt for six years and I was lucky enough to have a few camels and to see the Sinai Penninsula--it was amazing. I did not get to Israel though. I, too, almost died from mold. No would believe me. I kept telling them there was something in the office making me sick. Our office had flooded and it was the after effects from that. Like you, I still struggle in the fall. I have gained a tremendous amount of weight from all the steroids.I almost died from a doctor overdosing me on an inhaler. I have had heart issues ever since. I appreciate so much you sharing this! I love you and your family’s stories. I grew up around Amish families and have always loved learning more. I am happy you know Christ as you’ve Risen Savior! My Mom was pregnant with my youngest sister and we started talking about where babies come from and ended up talking about the Lord and having your sins forgiven. I totally understood enough at that time to pray and accept the Lord as my Savior. And then the wonderful journey of knowing Him more each day…how wonderful it has been. Thank you for sharing, Priscilla! And thank you for helping teach people about the dangers of mold in homes. As you said, many simply do not know - even though 25% of the population is actually genetically predisposed to mold toxicities. And many still think that black mold is the only kind that takes away health, but there are many other varieties as well. We had many varieties found in the dust all throughout our home from our mold sources behind the basement walls (from moisture intrusion through the foundation) plus in one bathroom another closet. Thankfully it was all professionally remediated/removed from our house last February after my sister, mom and I have dealt with years of debilitating chronic illnesses - including Lyme, heavy metals, hormone issues, digestive problems, food sensitivities, multiple chemical sensitivities, and more. They are all connected; partly because of the way you described how mold wrecks the immune system. And yes... it is obviously easy for we who have been through this to talk on and on since we so want to save others from going through all the pain we have experienced. I am so glad you have recovered so far! We are still working on treatments but have noticed some clear improvements since getting the mold out of the house. Before that our years of treatments for Lyme, etc had just gotten "stuck."

I don’t use makeup but I still watch your channel because your such a sweet humble person , and I really enjoyed hearing the details of your life ! I wish I loved to travel ! I grew up Old order Mennonite and my first language is Pa German. I think some of the reason I don’t like to travel is because we don’t know how to find the place we feel comfortable. Maybe you could do a video on travel tips sometime? Some things I’d like to know is how to avoid tourist traps , how to use an Airbnb , as far as cooking ? Do you plan the details such as where to go and what to do before you go ? Or do you just go then figure it out ? And any other tips .

Priscilla I so enjoy our time together!! I look forward to your modest fashion showing. Could you please consider doing the same for girls of every age. We have the hardest time finding just about anything that’s modest in most stores. We do shop mostly in thrift stores and that helps a lot. Also please share why our little girls and boys should be able to dress comfortable but modest so they won’t be targeted or think it’s ok to show too much. No I’m not Amish, I’m good ole Southern Baptist but most of all I love Jesus Christ and I want to serve him and dress like it too. 😃🙏❤️🎚🌺

We share the "mold issue". Yes, it is awful. I thought, as you did, that I was dying from the coughing. All better now and have 3 hepa-filters in our little home. They work wonderfully. I also use the netti pot quite often with 6 drops of betadine. And just an over-the-counter Vick's Inhaler when I feel it is necessary. Thank you for your frank discussion of this issue. It’s exciting to know that you gave your heart to the Lord when you were so young, that is wonderful! I was very sensitive spiritually form a very young age as well, but I didn’t get saved until I was 15. It’s great that you have traveled so much all over the world! My husband loves to travel as well. We have traveled over most of the US, but I’ve only been to Canada, Mexico and England, as far as other countries. I would love to visit Switzerland and some South Pacific islands.
My great-grandparents were also from Bern. My grandmother was born in the U.S. but lived in a Swiss community and spoke Swiss/German. My husband and I have visited Switzerland with my parents.

I am now 62 years old. But growing up, I lived in Hawaii for 5 years. We lived 3 years on Oahu, and 2 years in Hana, Maui. When we would travel to the other side of the island from Hana to go shopping, my parents would give us kids motion sickness medicine for traveling the curvy Hana road!! When you were on Oahu, did you go to the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) in Laie? The PCC is owned by my Church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), and it is one of the most accurate portrayals of the Polynesian cultures. The workers and dancers are students from the Brigham Young University there in Laie, and they have to be blood related in order to represent their individual cultures from the various Polynesian Islands. I just love all of God's children!! ❤️
It was so nice getting to know you and I love your life experiences . I think that if this society had the same morality as your family..for instance school only until Gr.8 and then off to trades. This is IDEAL not only does it spare families the deep financial consequences but your getting hands on experience! what an amazing best idea! And getting married young having your family such a bonus! You always can learn more later in life...no not strange you only going to grade 8...BENEFICIAL..this would benefit society and community and makes families thrive!
So interesting to hear you talk! I’ve been dealing with an allergy nose drip issue for many years too. It’s very embarrassing to be working in public and your nose starts to drip! I know you may not want a prescription medication, but here’s a nasal spray that has almost completely stopped my drip! Now I wouldn’t want to be without it! It is called Ipratropium Bromide nasal spray. You would need to have a Dr write a prescription for it. I carry an extra one in my purse in case I forget to use it in the morning, cuz it would literally ruin my day without it.
I had black mold in my bedroom and closet, got on everything that was natural fiber, threw out a leather motor cycle jacket i had for 20+ years, that hurt. Paid $200 back then for it and wanted to give to my son.
I also was born in Missouri. I was in KC. Where do you hail from? We had gone to several Amish establishments. I have always enjoyed their stores. Thank you. I’m now in Wisconsin. I’d rather be in MO tho. Lol very interesting. Thank you.

I'm sorry if that's to nosey, but I'm just curious. I have one other question. I know you're getting ready to move to Alaska, and I think you mentioned that you might be homeschooling. Would you mind sharing what curriculum or curriculums you decide to use. I homeschool our daughter, so I always enjoy hearing what other people are using to teach. Who knows maybe I'll find new things to help us with our school. I use Christian Light Education for all of our subjects except science and social studies, which I use Accelerated Christian Education for. I'm not musical at all, so I have to pay someone to teach piano and voice. If you decide to share anything homeschooling related I bet quite a few people would enjoy it.

For kindergarten I am using Christian light. But for the rest of the years we have been using some Abeka, some Rod and Staff and some other that I don’t remember! :-) The school here has just tried to pick out what works the best in each curriculum.

I had to do a double take seeing your wedding photo. You could pass for Avalon and Joas for one of the twins!! I believed in Jesus when I was 7 also. My father read John 14:1 to us. "You believe in God, believe also in me." I felt Jesus was asking me personally to choose to believe in Him. Now I am an elderly woman rejoicing in believing Jesus my Savior at all times.

Thank you for this video, Priscilla. It is so great to be able to learn more about your life. I am sorry about the mold, I have an allergy to it as well and the nasal drip is awful. I live in a place that was built in 1929 and my bathroom had a small touch of it in the shower and it really drove me crazy. I use oil of oregano nasal spray and it had helped immensely. Thank goodness you are OK now. I, too, gave myself to the Lord at an early age and so I can relate to your experience there. I lived in Cairo Egypt for six years and I was lucky enough to have a few camels and to see the Sinai Penninsula--it was amazing. I did not get to Israel though. I, too, almost died from mold. No would believe me. I kept telling them there was something in the office making me sick. Our office had flooded and it was the after effects from that. Like you, I still struggle in the fall. I have gained a tremendous amount of weight from all the steroids.I almost died from a doctor overdosing me on an inhaler. I have had heart issues ever since. I appreciate so much you sharing this! I love you and your family’s stories. I grew up around Amish families and have always loved learning more. I am happy you know Christ as you’ve Risen Savior! That was a lovely chat, Priscilla. And thanks so much for sharing your testimony. I also was saved at age 6 or 7 . My Mom was pregnant with my youngest sister and we started talking about where babies come from and ended up talking about the Lord and having your sins forgiven. I totally understood enough at that time to pray and accept the Lord as my Savior. And then the wonderful journey of knowing Him more each day…how wonderful it has been. What a blessing to see how much your family loves Him. Thank you again for sharing it all with us. May God continue to bless you all. And I’m so excited to see how your journey evolves as you come to Alaska. It will be amazing, for sure!

Thank you for sharing, Priscilla! And thank you for helping teach people about the dangers of mold in homes. As you said, many simply do not know - even though 25% of the population is actually genetically predisposed to mold toxicities. And many still think that black mold is the only kind that takes away health, but there are many other varieties as well. We had many varieties found in the dust all throughout our home from our mold sources behind the basement walls (from moisture intrusion through the foundation) plus in one bathroom another closet. Thankfully it was all professionally remediated/removed from our house last February after my sister, mom and I have dealt with years of debilitating chronic illnesses - including Lyme, heavy metals, hormone issues, digestive problems, food sensitivities, multiple chemical sensitivities, and more. They are all connected; partly because of the way you described how mold wrecks the immune system. And yes... it is obviously easy for we who have been through this to talk on and on since we so want to save others from going through all the pain we have experienced. I am so glad you have recovered so far! We are still working on treatments but have noticed some clear improvements since getting the mold out of the house. Before that our years of treatments for Lyme, etc had just gotten "stuck."
I am so sorry that you had to go through all of that and I pray a complete recovery!

I don’t use makeup but I still watch your channel because your such a sweet humble person , and I really enjoyed hearing the details of your life ! I wish I loved to travel ! I grew up Old order Mennonite and my first language is Pa German. I think some of the reason I don’t like to travel is because we don’t know how to find the place we feel comfortable. Maybe you could do a video on travel tips sometime? Some things I’d like to know is how to avoid tourist traps , how to use an Airbnb , as far as cooking ? Do you plan the details such as where to go and what to do before you go ? Or do you just go then figure it out ? And any other tips .
I totally believe that you knew, and felt exactly that you wanted to give your heart to Jesus and our Heavenly Father!

Priscilla I so enjoy our time together!! I look forward to your modest fashion showing. Could you please consider doing the same for girls of every age. We have the hardest time finding just about anything that’s modest in most stores. We do shop mostly in thrift stores and that helps a lot. Also please share why our little girls and boys should be able to dress comfortable but modest so they won’t be targeted or think it’s ok to show too much. No I’m not Amish, I’m good ole Southern Baptist but most of all I love Jesus Christ and I want to serve him and dress like it too. 😃🙏❤️🎚🌺

We share the "mold issue". Yes, it is awful. I thought, as you did, that I was dying from the coughing. All better now and have 3 hepa-filters in our little home. They work wonderfully. I also use the netti pot quite often with 6 drops of betadine. And just an over-the-counter Vick's Inhaler when I feel it is necessary. Thank you for your frank discussion of this issue. Thank you for sharing all this about you and your life, it was very interesting. I would have never known you had a scar or a leg crooked or shorter than the other one. It’s exciting to know that you gave your heart to the Lord when you were so young, that is wonderful! I was very sensitive spiritually form a very young age as well, but I didn’t get saved until I was 15. It’s great that you have traveled so much all over the world! My husband loves to travel as well. We have traveled over most of the US, but I’ve only been to Canada, Mexico and England, as far as other countries. I would love to visit Switzerland and some South Pacific islands.

I am now 62 years old. But growing up, I lived in Hawaii for 5 years. We lived 3 years on Oahu, and 2 years in Hana, Maui. When we would travel to the other side of the island from Hana to go shopping, my parents would give us kids motion sickness medicine for traveling the curvy Hana road!! When you were on Oahu, did you go to the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) in Laie? The PCC is owned by my Church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), and it is one of the most accurate portrayals of the Polynesian cultures. The workers and dancers are students from the Brigham Young University there in Laie, and they have to be blood related in order to represent their individual cultures from the various Polynesian Islands. I just love all of God's children!! ❤️

It was so nice getting to know you and I love your life experiences . I think that if this society had the same morality as your family..for instance school only until Gr.8 and then off to trades. This is IDEAL not only does it spare families the deep financial consequences but your getting hands on experience! what an amazing best idea! And getting married young having your family such a bonus! You always can learn more later in life...no not strange you only going to grade 8...BENEFICIAL..this would benefit society and community and makes families thrive!

I’ve been dealing with an allergy nose drip issue for many years too. It’s very embarrassing to be working in public and your nose starts to drip!
I know you may not want a prescription medication, but here’s a nasal spray that has almost completely stopped my drip! Now I wouldn’t want to be without it! It is called Ipratropium Bromide nasal spray. You would need to have a Dr write a prescription for it. I carry an extra one in my purse in case I forget to use it in the morning, cuz it would literally ruin my day without it.

I had black mold in my bedroom and closet, got on everything that was natural fiber, threw out a leather motor cycle jacket i had for 20+ years, that hurt. Paid $200 back then for it and wanted to give to my son.

We could see the mold. But yes we hired someone to do some more testing to see how bad and what kind the mold was.
If you didn't mention the lip and the knee I never noticed! So you can just imagine how little that matters. You are just a lovely lady in spirit, soul and body. I'm not saying you are perfect except in your spirit but I personally cannot see the flaws. Yes - Jesus is the bestest friend anyone could have.

I'm enjoying your videos. Thank you. You said you only went through the eighth grade, but how would you feel if one of your children wanted to go to school through high school? Would you let them? I'm sorry if that's to nosey, but I'm just curious. I have one other question. I know you're getting ready to move to Alaska, and I think you mentioned that you might be homeschooling. Would you mind sharing what curriculum or curriculums you decide to use. I homeschool our daughter, so I always enjoy hearing what other people are using to teach. Who knows maybe I'll find new things to help us with our school. I use Christian Light Education for all of our subjects except science and social studies, which I use Accelerated Christian Education for. I'm not musical at all, so I have to pay someone to teach piano and voice. If you decide to share anything homeschooling related I bet quite a few people would enjoy it.
Thank you for your comment! Yes we would allow our children to do further schooling if they would desire that. And we have a few different types of curriculum that we use in our school. For kindergarten I am using Christian light. But for the rest of the years we have been using some Abeka, some Rod and Staff and some other that I don’t remember! :-) The school here has just tried to pick out what works the best in each curriculum.

They everything to black mold. Bre and the four children were very sick, before they realized what was going on. Art is rebuilding their 100 year old farm house now. Their last pregnancy was twins B/G...last than 8 months old.

I had to do a double take seeing your wedding photo. You could pass for Avalon and Joas for one of the twins!! I believed in Jesus when I was 7 also. My father read John 14:1 to us. "You believe in God, believe also in me." I felt Jesus was asking me personally to choose to believe in Him. Now I am an elderly woman rejoicing in believing Jesus my Savior at all times.
