Game was created by Roger Dobkowitz. After the first 2 playings, the first # is given for free to save time. Eventually, the envelope display was changed after several contestants yanked the tag out.
I'm confused. If he was polling the audience to see if they thought the first digit was 1 or 2... why did it take him THREE tries to figure out that 7 was the second digit?
I remember this game. It was fun, and it gets a bit more skill to add the money to reach a dollar. It takes a bit of skill and luck of the game. It was fun, but it's a solid game.
Some mini games on this game have come a long way since the 70's and 80's others debuted just before Bob Barker retired from hosting pocket change stack the deck and half off just to name a few and there are those that I call post Bob Barker mini games those are 1's that debuted between 2008-present gas ⛽ money 💲💰🤑 rat 🐁🐀 race double cross ❌ do the math ➖➗ vend o price gridlock hot seat to the penny and back 🔙 to 1973
Michael O'Keefe I remember when Johnny Olson, Rod Roddy and Rich Fields (except guest announcers like Randy West, Burt Richardson and a few others) used to called out throughout the entire series which was "A NEW CAR!!!"
This is one of my favorite games because no matter how bad the contestant does they still have a chance to win.
Bob sure is enjoying the firefighter's muscles.....
I enjoy this pricing game. I'd love to see how well I'd do at it
I hate people that get angry at the audience suggestions, If your gonna get mad, just do it your freaking self.
He's giving shout outs like he just won an Oscar.

I love this game, because you have to really concentrate.
I didn’t like this contestant. Something about him made me want to slap him through my TV screen.
Bob Barker: "This Is The Price Is Right, Not The Oscars"
This is my favorite contestant ever! Go DFD!!
3:40 dont pull that out
This contestant was so hilarious.
Do you have any one of the perfect playings of Pocket Change from 2005? I believe they happened on March 4 2005, April 6 2005, and May 30 2005...
For the game like that, Pocket ¢hange has been there for 16 years ago.
Bob: "Welcome to this is Matthew's Life" lmao @ 1:27
Welcome to "This is Matthew's Life?! Thank you Ralph Edwards! Also, cut him some slack, Bob! This is a new game, remember?!
8:05 Bob (under breath): I wanna give him this car so bad. He needs 30 cents and he only got a DIIIIME!!!! (buzzer) He only got a dime.
The over horn played, actually.
He's a firefighter and he that slow?
This guy clearly beats women.
I'm confused. If he was polling the audience to see if they thought the first digit was 1 or 2... why did it take him THREE tries to figure out that 7 was the second digit?
All brawn no brains.
He's a dummy and didn't think that the number that was the highest on there would be the second one.
Hilarious first playing
I love this game. To me u have to put your thinking cap on
Where did all these fun games go?
This game i love
11 years ago this year.
This is a hard pricing game to win
Did stack the deck premiered after pocket change?
this contestant is annoying. And not too bright if he asked the audience for help figuring out the first number in the price of a Focus.
I remember this game. It was fun, and it gets a bit more skill to add the money to reach a dollar. It takes a bit of skill and luck of the game. It was fun, but it's a solid game.
I always wonder, why he says "new" car... I think it's obvious the wouldn't be giving a used car, would they?
I guess it sounds more "exciting" than simply "A CAR." Also, there's been a few times they've offered classic vintage cars in the past.
You and me, both.
The element of shock
wow this contestant was hilarious
This is an swipe video I have an autograph from bob barker
Fantastic game!
What type of display is that that they're using to show how much change he has?
+BikerBoyNJ That is a vane display.
rodney1279 I later found that out. If they weren't so expensive, I'd try to get my hands on a few.

I miss Rich Fields :( *George Gray sucks*
You mean "How About A New CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
+cutemimi25 I also miss Rod Roddy

George Gray is
awesome!
@@ryanm7249 I like George Gray, too. He was really awesome on The Weakest Link (the syndicated version).
🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
I don’t think they
play this game anymore?
Yeh they do, they just played it a last week
They just played this pricing game on today's show
All the good games stopped when carey became host
@@braydenservis7929 rerun
@@danielmartinez9141 it's still in rotation, I recently saw it on one of the new shows for season 49.
Well not at the time anyway haha
Contestant was a creep and his second number selection was terrible.
