Vespa Primavera 150 on the Freeway

In California any motorcycle with an engine displacement of 150cc or higher is allowed to ride the freeways. Riding an actual 150 on one doesn't sound like a such a hot idea though, unless of course you know for an absolute fact that you will be the fastest thing out there, for instance on the Hollywood Freeway between Sunset and Benton around 5:00 p.m.

This is not freeway riding speeds. It's no better than a drive on a parking lot.
