Crash! Crash! Recession! Inflation! It’s getting depressing. I have about $100k in emergency fund and I have been seeing good news about the stock market and would like to gain from that since I can’t let my savings be corroded by inflation. What stocks should I into as a newbie to safely grow my money.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too
You are right! I’ve diversified my portfolio across various market with the aid of an investment coach, I have been able to generate a little bit above $830k in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds.
Recently, I have been exploring the possibility of consulting with advisors. As a mature individual, I am in need of guidance, but I am curious to know how truly impactful their services can be?
Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with Sharon Marissa Wolfe for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.
Thanks for the advice. The search for your coach was simple. I investigated her well before using her services. Considering her résumé, she appears competent.
Economics have been sounding off on just how bad they think the next downturn might be. I need ideas and advice on what investments to make to set myself up for retirement
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
Very true , I diversified my $400K portfolio across multiple market with the aid of an investment advisor, I have been able to generate over $900k in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, ETF and bonds in few months.
Please can you leave the info of your investment advisor here? I’m in dire need for one.
‘’Jenienne Miniter Fagan’’ is the licensed coach I use. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment
Thank you for this amazing tip. I just looked up Jenienne, wrote her explaining my financial market goals and scheduled a call
I started my 250k portfolio last year with SCHD, VOO, and VUG after watching one of your videos. In terms of share price, VOO is way up (22.25%) and VUG is waaaaay up (39.62%). Thanks for the education! Will this provide solid cashflow?
keep acquiring! I'd suggest you consider financial advisory at this point in time, remember you are in for the long haul.
I agree, it's important to balance your portfolio allocations. I recommend a managed portfolio, though their performance can vary. It's best to consult a fiduciary for guidance. That's what my spouse and I did, and we've grown our portfolio to $1.7 million.
Your advisor must be really good. How I can get in touch? My retirement portfolio's decline is a concern, and I could use some guidance.
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations since everyone's situation varies, but I've worked with "Rachel Sarah Parrish" for 6 years and highly recommend her. Look her up to see if she meets your criteria.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.
It's been quite a pump. But you know, with crypto, the big question is always when to take profits. What are your thoughts on that? I've been holding $250k worth of crypto since 2021 and seen it pump n dump
its not late to consider financial planning, never can tell what the future holds
I've been keeping an eye on the charts, and it does look like a major breakout. The real challenge is predicting when this pump will end. Timing the market can be tricky.
Right, when it comes to situations like this, it's ideal to engage in various options using an advisor, and I can attest to success of the basket approach seeing my portfolio grow from $350k to almost $1m in barely 3 years, by far my best financial milestone.
think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with?

AI stocks will dominate 2024. Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. I know someone who has made more than 200% from NVIDIA. I'll also take these other recommendations you made.
I agree, just because the market presents opportunities doesn't mean we should rush in headfirst. For this reason, we should look for appropriate market analysis or guidance or, alternatively, seek advice from certified market strategists.
No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.

The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional.

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through a financial advisor.

**I wholeheartedly concur; I'm 60 years old, just retired, and have about $1,250,000 in non-retirement assets. Compared to the whole value of my portfolio during the last three years, I have no debt and a very little amount of money in retirement accounts. To be completely honest, the information provided by invt-advisors can only be ignored but not neglected. Simply undertake research to choose a trustworthy one.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for better investment. I always tell myself you don't that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks and made about $246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million.
Investing is not trading and has a vastly different goal, like trading, when done well, is about taking measured risks for discrete periods of time at sufficient volume as to generate profits, and typically involves wild swings in profitability. Investing is about minimizing risk to generate wealth over the long term, not generating short-term profits.
Thanks for the continuing updates I'd rather trade the stock market as it's more profitable. I make an average of $34,500 per week even though I barely trade myself.

The Market has been suffering over the past month, with all the three indexes recording losses in recent weeks. My $400,000 portfolio is down by approximately 20%, any recommendations to scale up my returns before retirement will be highly appreciated.
It's really hard to beat the market as a mere investor. It's just better if you invest with the help of a professional understands the market dynamics better.
Picking stocks is a risky thing to do, particularly for non-professionals. I learnt that in 2020, when I lost almost everything. But I switched to using a financial advisor and I've been returning at least $38k every month so I’ve been sticking to investing via an Advisor.
I’ve been looking to switch to an advisor for a while now. Any help pointing me to who your advisor is?
Lauren Marie Ehlers … that’s my advisor’s name. Thank me later.

I knew at some point the bull market will end and a bear begins, it goes on and on... I have a 7 figure ballpark goal and I intend spreading across maybe 50k - 150k on plummeting stocks, my question is how can I know when a market bottom has been reached?
many investors make common mistakes like not researching enough, and not having a clear plan. in my opinion, some financial situations can be handled on your own, while others are best navigated in consultation with an advisor.

Agreed. It's always wise to be proactive and consider diversifying our investments to manage risks in uncertain economic times. the easing of inflation has a long way to go to support the working families. It is depressing what the dollar buys, compared to wages. I guess we had better get used to a lower life style, which for most wasn't much to begin with.

Roughly 120k in my portfolio are in tech/TSLA stocks, can I get an advice on any other stocks that I can acquire to diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation.
You need to hire a financial advisor to help you diversify your portfolio by including Mutual Funds, Etf's, the 11 GICS groups, inflation-indexed bonds, and stocks of companies with reliable cash flows rather than growth stocks, where prices were based on future prospective earnings.
That's correct. At first, I wasn't too pleased with my gains compared to my previous performances, I was doing so poorly, I thought I needed to diversify into better assets, so I got in touch with an investment-advisor. That same year, I pulled a net gain of £550k, which is about 10 times more than I average on.

From 2009 to 2016, for example, Bay County, Mich., lost 8 percent of its business establishments. Since 2020, it has gained 12 percent. The pandemic hit these areas the hardest, and are the last to recover, but are now recovering nicely.

Good video. Real estate is something worth venturing into and having a good knowledge of it serves you an everlasting skill for life. Honestly, these talks and analysis serves best on theory and a little bit affected on the practicals, that's why we have management/service providers in the real estate market. You literally can't do it alone.
Well spoken about. I have been immersed deeply in the real estate sector for over 5 years now and I'm glad to say I'm loving this niche. Good knowledge first, it's literally not easy to have someone who would coach you or guide you prior allocating whatever monetary asset you have into the market for appreciation of assets. But when you have videos like this try learning and doing a little research and trust me, getting into the real estate market would pay well.
The real estate market isn't volatile. A good approach to your fortune in this market space is to fix yourself under a good and reliable mentor with efficient vendor management skills who's willing to take you through the process. A good recommendation is AARON MORGAN BELL. Goodluck you'll.
I believe there's is no reason to talk about the real estate market space without putting into consideration the Potential risks to potential rewards. Always remember that there are general scales and that specific investments may have different risk-to-reward profiles. It's essential to carefully evaluate each investment opportunity and consider your individual financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment strategy. Get the the right real estate management services provider and get the best out this global niche.
Information is key. More reasons why you should get a financial coach like AARON MORGAN BELL. His methods would help you evaluate your investment's performance and make you make informed decisions. It's essential to consider all the costs, expenses, and potential risks associated with the investment to get an accurate picture of your profit.
That's true, you need no definite/solid background in mathematics, I believe his basics are straight forward and statistically simple to employ for every units in real estate. Kudos to every great financial market mentors who makes analytical ventures like real estate less tedious, giving us room to as well carry on with our normal life's and still passively earn greatly from the market.
If it wasn't for government spending (deficit spending) we would be in recession.
