I gave up. I can’t make correct project to make that kind of box.. corners are not aligned after bending. I use 3mm router bit and 135 degree grooving bit. I dont know what do I have to do with my projekt Please help. Could you share your project in pdf file?
Drawing a cut file is simple. But instead having a join on side I'm doing a join in corner on a edge. 3mm router bit and 90 degree v dibond folding tool ( or 6mm ball nose router bit) . More info on priv if you are still interested . pasp@onet.eu

+DJ LIGHT Our pleasure. Yes the back box is smaller, usually we allow for 15mm on the length and width and 10mm for depth. This can vary for more bespoke jobs though.
