I have a question, just watching a darts match the player needs 116 he get treble 20 twenty treble twenty the scorer call no score but the player still had a dart in hand so still his go , what if he knocks one of the treble twenties out with his last dart...

If the player has 116 points left and he scores two treble twenties which totals 120, then he's bust his score and gets zero. If a dart bounces out of the board then it's not counted.
