Awesome video! I totally agree with all your Pros. They far outweigh the Cons. You are on your way. Just take it a day at a time. Before you know it, it will be 3 months. Time flies. So glad you threw out your scale. Clothes are a good indicator on how you are doing.😊
You are doing great!! Keep up the good work.💜 I absolutely enjoy ADF as a lifestyle it has made maintenance easy for me. At this point, it's been 4yrs since I lost all the weight I needed to, and I continue with ADF for the continued health benefits above and beyond being a healthy weight.
Fasting is a lifestyle for me. I do ADF, ometimes OMAD, and everything in between. It helps maintain weight loss, and like you said, SO many pros . Blessings to you on your journey. :)
