this animation took me a really long time and I'm still not happy with it. It's pretty bad, but I hope you guys enjoy it a little bit.

Even when you have a ton of candles you still feel broke, coming from someone who cr like crazy everyday, for me its because I know any day a new event could come and take all my candles.

I'm sorry if I offended you in any way.😣 Most of the Ikemen I've encountered have been pretty boring and I just can't stand what they do on TikTok. That's how I see most of them.

Same, I just like looking cool but I also draw and make sky OCs so sometimes I just dress up as my characters for my own fun! But recently when I lit a couple ppl and walked away, they set down a campfire and when I came back and sat down with them I saw them say "An ikeman" LOL. I just used the chuckle emote and chatted with them a bit.
I'm super chill and like to help ppl out, so I never hope for someone to think that I'm vain or whatever just for "looking" like an ikeman.

learning songs on your own not with muscle memory, but by ear or identifying the notes, is by far the most impressive thing you can do.
also, I propose two additions to this list:
the goofballs: picks goofy outfits. never too serious, good friends to be around
and
burnout veterans - only still plays the game because they’d feel bad about leaving such a wholesome community. doesn’t go to eden or candle run anymore

Is it so hard to play by hear ? I never remember what I see or even the movement I do so my only way to learn to play anything is to do it by ear 3000 times to memorize it

I'm a musician player. I discovered that I enjoyed memorising and playing songs, writing and reading sheet music and playing in front of people. And thanks to sky, I became a musician in real life too. I don't play much in game anymore, I have to practice. But I found out that if I could put so much time into a game, then I could do the same with a real instrument, and that's why I'm good at playing. :)
I'm that krill guy, except I know better than to try and play with them when holding hands with most people. They panic and will sometimes get smacked, so it's best to leave them somewhere safe so I don't have deaths on my conscience!

I'm that kind of musician who likes to play only the game's ready-made scores and doesn't know how to play anything without the scores. But I'm proud of knowing how to play the score of the Christmas grandma who knits (I don't remember the name of the score).
I actually memorized very short snippets of two songs I like but not enough for a full song, so i don't know if i can consider myself a real musician 😢
The time and work that you had to put in to make this animation in flipaclip, is something I respect you for
honestly I like the ikemen style, and even getting confused for one myself. But people who just hate on the style and labeling everyone ikemen has made me feel embarassed about even wearing some items i own (the bat cape is a good example)
I think everyone should wear what they want. So if you like Ikemen style you can wear it of course and not look to the opinion of a random Skykid like me lol😅
Also, if you don't exactly want to be an ikeman but want to wear a bat cape, you can make some original outfits because coming up with new combinations is fun 🤗
I used it as an example since it's the most ikemen item haha, I don't actually like the bat cape that much personally, but the combo of fire Prophet pants, witch hat and season of dreams ult cape also gets me labeled ikemen lmao but yeah you're right
I love how you draw the eyes! This was so cute. I think a skykid you could include in a sequel would be the 'moth parent'- they adopt lots of new players who will join them to play XD And then they end up carrying around new players with them all the time

I can relate to not liking my art, especially when it's something new that I'm drawing ;3 It's okay! It's not supposed to look great at first, it gets better with time and practice :D ✨

I never had the courage to interact with Ikemen, their appearance makes them look so serious, sometimes narcissistic, I know that's not the case in most cases, but sometimes I feel intimidated when I see one but they are always nice to me 😅

Been playing for 2 months and all the ikemen I've encountered were really sweet and polite! Even became friends with some:) Now I'm on my way to become an ikejou lol
I'm glad to hear about such ikemen. I know I show them as a little evil in that video. It's because of my experience which was not as good as yours :,)

I am a "Musician".
But i would add the type called "The loner"
which have no real path, and stays always alone, until a moth or someone random encounters them, then helps for no reason.
My specialty is leading moths to wacky paths so they get confused on all the paths that the game has thanks to the windpaths. LOL

I’m an OoB master, it’s so much fun to find places hidden away to hang out. I also mess with the krill still because it’s very entertaining and nothing can stop me from practicing dodging

I fall into the "musician" category. I love playing music, but I only really play things I teach myself or look up tutorials for. It really is relatable, the whole part about messing up sometimes whilst learning a song and it sounding awful, lol. That's why I tend to practice in private... which then makes it awkward for everyone when someone sits down to listen and gets an earful of wrong notes! Haha. :'p
Ooo! Liked this a lot! I also compose my own versions of songs (no chords- just singular notes typically)- I’m like I mix of the “musician” and candle run maniac- except it’s more like candle run last minute maniac
I'm the kind of player who logs on at 1am only to do quests and gather candles most of the time x) Though I try to do extra running in some other realms to get more (I'm genuinely not rich, I have like 60 candles lmao). And, I really like the crabs. They're just SO ADORABLE and I wish they didn't push us around 🥲. My favorite place with them is the campfire at Wasteland, cause they're friendly and I don't have to knock them over to be safe

You forgot the cosplayers/"Still thinks they're playing Journey" players. (Speaking as someone who almost always is wearing the Journey pack.) Many people try to dress their skids up to look like other characters.

I am definitely the krill lover. I even got a bunch of my friends who were previously scared of krills to love them too. Now we go in groups of 5/6/7 people and krill each other like crazy 😂
the fact that im a chibi, musician, krill lover (no i dont abandon ppl whos attatched to me in the middle of a krill attack), and a cr maniac, and im STILL broke and currently have 45 candles, makes me giggle

I completely understand that I may have touched you in some way. I know that there are good and kind ikemen, but unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to meet them. A lot of them even laughed at me for my random outfit. Furthermore, seeing that ton of TikTok compilations edit videos makes me sick, I'd rather not see it.😬

I am just a maniac. I will go on to candle run but just end up doing whatever suits me. I like making up stories in the performance area and honking and flying into the air with tables and randomly chibi falling and starting skykid cults.

I'm a ikemen but I don't like to add ppl because i don't have enough skills for socializing.
I AM THE SAME MUSICIAN 😭 I want to play beautiful music for my friends(and myself) but I don't use tutorials, so all the songs I learn are usually half finished(aka only learning the main part, no extra background music) and it makes it harder to recognize and I think most people think I'm pressing random buttons 😭😭 Especially if it's a song I haven't practiced much cus often there are mis-clicks or pauses as I try to remember the next notes 😭
I'm also the krill lover cus I think they are very cute, but I respect their personal boundaries (most of the time) 😂 I don't bother them when I'm with others, especially if they don't know me well or trust me just yet, but I think the krill are so cute! The crabs are cute too! I try to not knock then down if I need to go past them, even for shards even though that is usually what makes me lose wings!
And lastly.... The candle runner 😂 I actually feel bad cus I literally only ever go on Sky to candle run or do dailies, so basically everytime my friends are with me I just drag them on a candle run cus I don't have time for anything else... I NEED ALL THE COSMETICS AND IT'S NEVER ENOUGH CANDLES 😭😭 I wish I was like those rich candle runners though, who have thousands and still feel poor, I'm just genuinely poor 😭😂 I buy almost every cosmetic from the spirits as long as I actually like them, and I ALWAYS run out of candles! I have 100 right now, but it's cus I'm collecting as many as possible for days of Music, and on the last day I'm going to budget what I have to see what I can afford, cus I can't afford to get every item 😭 I will be back to 0 again, and I'll have to candle run every day, and I'll finally get up to 200 again, and then bam, another expensive Traveling spirit and I'm back to 0 😭 My lifestyle is so expensive. The saddest part, is it's basically the only reason I still play Sky 😭
To end this off, I just wanted to say I've actually never met a self-obsessed Ikemen. Majority I have met ate genuinely cool, awesome people who just have a sick sense of style. I actually have a crush on ikemen cus they are always so relaxed and cool and I could literally never achieve that with all my spam kisses and whatnot 😂 I'm not saying your experience is not valid though! It absolutely is! And I don't think what you said is offensive at all, it was quite cute! 🥰 I can also understand that seeing them on tiktok is probably annoying 😂 I don't have tiktok, but I have been recommended a few cringey RUclips Shorts every once in a while, so I can totally understand 😂😂 Great ass video!! lololol I feel called out with the krill lover XD. Though I think krill lovers have unspoken rules of no krill baiting, don't take friends to one if they don't want to (deposit in safe place), help moths through the wastelands.
I do admit, I get a little petty with krill baiters that have targeted my friends and I (constantly was trying to set krill onto us). Krill don't scare me but they really stress my friends to the point of tears. So yes, I will befriend krill baiters and I will use their bodies to slap a krill. It's a harsh lesson but they should know better.
I’m a little bit of everything to be honest. But mainly i like to explore a LOVE new areas (I’m hyped for new season area). And just relaxing and slowly exploring every realm ♥️

95% of musicans attention seeking only 5% writes music themselves what the attention seekers copy from them 😅… chibis never help …. So recommend for less toxic people avoid light up chibis and musicans also silence instruments 24/7 …. Also some simply play for a very long time and don’t indent to be cool or show off at all so actually because of this reason I love new players they less judgemental and open and fun if they not creeps search for their online love 😂

Crazy, I haven't met a single rude ikemen during my time as a player (A couple of the fan service ones included) usually they be chillin. Lucky in that department but unlucky for me I have met a lot of rude chibi's. xD
Then again, I get called a mistaken a lot in the game for being Ikemen. So I might be one but I am a Krill lover and I just like being tall. Bahahaha!!
