I'm going to use carpet tiles in my basement. My floors have a slight slope from all directions toward the drain so LVP would be problematic since floors need to be pretty level. Second, we have pets, so carpet tiles are a better option over regular carpet in case of pet stains. I would think the tiles work better as a room flooring more so than an area rug
Would you recommend these carpet tiles for walls? I am looking for something as a noise buffer in a condo for a wall that is shared with neighbors. I have already looked into different insulating materials and that’s not an option.
