Can you imagine if Karen had made that search ? She would get a life sentence for it, are the prosecution saying that they will no longer use or rely on phone data in the future because it's meaningless ? People have been convicted and imprisoned on this amount of evidence......
I'm afraid if that doesn't prove her innocence, there may be a lot of people asking for a retrial after being charged because of phone data.
There's 10 people testifying John never went into the house. No witnesses have yet said he went into the house.
That's a bigger deal than phone records that will be disputed by the Commonwealth's experts.

Never have I ever watched a trial where the witness (Alberts and McCabes) appeared to be more guilty than the defendant....
We’re fascinated by this because someone died and it’s 100% clear that an innocent woman could lose her entire life over this. Evil people have caused her to lose the man she loved, turned his family against her (although I think if they have an ounce of sense, they are seriously rethinking everything they believed to be true). This could happen to any of us and WE NEED TO WAKE UP! This is blatant corruption.

It’s common sense AND paying attention to not only every bit of this trial, but us educated ones also watch many other trials and I myself whom have been on a Grand Jury too understand that the Commonwealth has NOTHING!!!!! Jen McCabe Googled “Hos long to die in cold” at 2:27 AM!!! BEFORE Karen even knew anything was wrong!!!! Forensic Phone extractions with Celebrite is literally used to PROVE most criminals these days GUILTY beyond a reasonable doubt! The FBI heavily relies on it as does all Law enforcement! Not only did the defens’s expert say Jen did Google it at 2:27 AM, and an Independent FBI expert for phone extraction’s CONFIRMS Jen made that search! And if you watched the pre trial and other motions, the defense’s Accident Investigation expert says John did NOT die from Karen’s car hitting him and the damage on her tail light is NOT consistent with John being Hit and AGAIN, an FBI independent investigator CONFIRMED that too! Heck, the Commonwealth’s OWN Medical Examiner did NOT say cause of death was John being hit by a car, they put his cause as undetermined! That means it’s IMPOSSIBLE for Karen to have Hit him fool!

One thing that people aren't talking about is that you're listening to testimony of once intoxicated people recounting sequence of events. I believe that is why stories aren't adding up, and inconsistencies are a factor.

Well and facts of phone calls, texts, Google searches and deleted info. Nothing there made up or that's a lie. Those are facts.
You forgot to mention the other testimony from jen that karen said “i hit him! I hit him! I hit him!” She never reported this to any law enforcement or grand jury UNTIL AFTER hearing the other testimony that one person said karen said that.
Also, jen tried to make it seem like karen said to go to 34 Fairview that am. But kerry roberts said it was jen who said they were there and planted the seed for that.
I am riveted by this case and really need to hear from experts now. We need proof of what the state is alleging.

we don’t necessarily get to know this. A person unqualified in knowing what drugs suppress breathing and which are most toxic made this comment. Not helpful to know as anything and everything about Karen is currently being erroneously used to build a pitiful attempt at a case against her.
The prosecution/state witnesses have hinged way too much on attempting to make Karen seem unhinged in her response to JO dying. In doing this they look to be under reacting, and aren’t building a motive as far as I’m concerned

I hope he’s being investigated by the Feds as well bc he knows what’s going on but yet is trying this case anyways when prosecutors have an Ethical Obligation to the accused to not prosecute when the overwhelming evidence exonerates them!
