as an iPhone user I felt like I was just using bootleg iOS, I never liked Samsung, there are good android phones, like sometimes I do use android and I loved HTC when it was still good and still like google's pixel line, but Samsung phones are one gimmick after the other, one released within months of the other causing a release to be boring, the expensive flagships are only supported for two years and the midrange and down for one year while apple does five, and also it seems as if they are at war with google, the phones are bloated with both google and Samsung bootleg apps, everything is doubled, I hate them, I just hate them

It could absolutely work for someone doing research on switching.

The stock Android apps are way more intuitive than Samsung's. I like xiaomi too. Huawei is by far the worst UI experience, with very counter intuitive design. Their phones look very nice though. Android needs to get organised better. Being open it has a lot of potential, but they need to hire good designers. I like iOS best. It's simple, well organised and easy to use.

what's funny is that i switched from a samsung phone to an iphone last year and i don't regret it lmfao, the samsung phone i had i got for christmas 2018 and it only updated for like a few months, it was a fairly new phone. i got sick of that and got an iphone 7 in 2020, really great phone loved it a lot. then i got an iphone 11 in february 2021, and it is the best phone i have ever used, i don't want to sound like an isheep, but i am not switching back any time soon, android has just not sparked my interest enough.
I liked the "slightly different UI" part at the end. That's one of the biggest reasons why I refuse to help people with Android phones. Everything is in different places, sometimes even named differently (even though there are standards for it, f.e. for VPN settings, let's just name the PSK).
I doubt this could make a lot of people switch to android, but for a web app, it's quite an achievement!

There were so much of those things, I also had one mimicking XP and an iPhone.
There is one "troll" site where Windows XP, old MacOS and Android all are recreated, though I forgot the link.
That was basically the groundwork for the android OS and chromebooks … as the majority of it is just a browser with links to webapps .
The funny thing is that you could actually use win 3.1/95/98 on PSP via the dosbox port. 95/98 took ages to boot thought
