Maybe, if the seats were modelled after a Formula 1 car, and the passengers wear (also F1) helmets that limit lateral head movement. Your organs will still get quite the "massage" though 😅
Hmmm, perhaps it should go up one side and do a few twist, come back down then do a loop or two, then go back down and come up doing a loop to the other side, and finishing with it going in reverse to a switching track that leads to the beginning. Then itd be more realistic to a skate/snowboard half pipe.

Maybe a halfpipe layout works better if you use a spinning coaster with 1 cart per train.
This is one of those where if it were just a little slower and the turns slightly wider, it could actually be a coaster.

The half pipe part looks like the one minute coaster on thijmen building a hydraulic launch coaster in 1 minute 10 minutes and 1 hour
