Tips:
Skeld: when doing a Admin Card Scan task, and cant do it just swipe the card left and right about 4 times then it should work.
When someone vents out of medbay they face to the Right (Cafeteria)
Mira HQ: All vents connect to each other so it is best to stay away from vents
You can use the door log near medbay to identify fake alibis and to identify who vented
Polus: the vitals in polus indicate who is dead, if an impostor kills and self reports
Vitals will show the recent kill, marking it with red.
All maps: when youre an impostor, the admin map is a good tool. It locates crewmates and imposters. You can use the admin map to locate lone crewmates and set up a fake alibi by checking what rooms are empty.
Crewmates can also use the admin map to their advantage, by checking the admin map, all kills are shown by the blinking crewmate icon. If the imposter self reports, you got him red handed.
It can also be used to identify fake alibis via what rooms are empty and what rooms are not. And imposters in vents are also Identified
When the lights are off. The cams wont be affected meaning you can fully see kills using cams
General: if you're an impostor, try to avoid killing the ones who is suspicious. And kill the ones who are confirmed innocent, this way, the crewmates will become disorganized and will fall in fear if done right.
If visual tasks are on, and you have them. It is best to show the crewmates that you are not an impostor via showing that you are doing a task. It is also best for imposters not to fake any visual tasks especially faking a medbay scan. For imposters, fake long tasks, like download, and wires. Fake the tasks with multiple steps to completion. This way when someone tries to 1,000 IQ play the Imposter by paying attention to the task bar(green bar), it wont identify you as the imposter right away because the task is a multiple step task and doing steps doesn't move the bar.
When the cams are on, the cams has red blinking on it.
It is better to do the short tasks later, and do the long tasks first. Also save the visual tasks (if the visual tasks are on, except for med scan) for later as it will identify you as a crewmate and do common tasks first. If the visual tasks are off, med scan may lead you into being a confirmed innocent. If someone else has a med scan. You you do a med scan and that someone does the med scan in the same time, it will show the other player that you're a task with the text: "Waiting for [Username]".
If you are an impostor and you can, use the sabotage. It disorganizes the crewmates and cause panic and break alibis, it also confuses them.
If your an impostor, Dont kill the ones who have been near you. Kill the ones you haven't passed or isn't near. The ones who can vouch for you and confirm your alibi, if possible dont kill them. Dont Kill the ones who you have been with and kill the ones which have been lone since the start of the round, do pass by kills.(kill a player when passing by them)

Tips:
Follow the arrows to do other tasks of tasks idk what im talking about but
2nd: check the admin map if you see two peeps and the one peep was gone
You can emegerncy meeting and blame him
3rd: if you are struggiling with tasks then save the hard ones and do the hard ones if you need it
4th: if you are running away from two peeps then the other one died you can outsmart the other one

Tips: kill near a vent so you can escape easily, and if you are a crewmate you have medbay scan, make sure someone comes with you and sees it because medbay scan as crewmate proves your innocence, and if you want to kill someone, lock them in before you kill them, then vent
tip for task too:if you know the trowing trash just pull the lever before it touch the bottom it will be faster: )
Tip: as the Imposter space out and do fake tasks then later on in the game you come in. One more tip is that when you you sabotage, go around looking for people staying doing tasks. (Lights and Reactor)

Spycakes....Here are some tips!
1. The Skeld and Polus, If you see cams., If they are blinking red. That means someone is using it.
2. Admin map is very special. And needs to be watch carefully, when you saw two ppl in reactor. You saw someone on Launchpad, correct? Then that person dissapears and all of a sudden reactor has a second person and no one was in locker room. If blink=kill.
3. As imposter, always sabotage lights or Comms, makes easier kills
4. Again as imposter, you can close doors in Skeld and Polus
5 Never self report.
6. Don't vote instantly for dumb reasons like, for example, Blue was standing near vent, pink was wandering around, and etc.
7. Find evidence, Matthew Patrick said this in Wikipedia,"Tell everyone there alibis so you can list the suspicious ones.". What he means is that we should tell alibis yo know who is suspicious. If someone is spamming with conflict info, it is definitely a imposter. Reason? Because they are trying to make ppl believe them to vote the specific player.
8. Common Sense is very far from this game and reality, so be smart and literally don't be stupid.

Top tasks
Tips for impostor: use admin to see if there's any room available.. That way if you want to lie about you in a room for example cafeteria.. Then they will most likely believe you as there was no one else in the room that you pick...
Task: some of the tasks have animations like the destroying a stories one if there is no animation for that well he’s an imposter and if there is a big group of people doing one task you can kill a person with out them seeing who killed the victim and also if there is a flashing red dot on camera that means some one is whatching you

Spy here’s a couple of pro tips that will help you a lot
1. If you see a dead body at the entrance of the decontamination area, DONT report the body (you’ll see why)
Instead of reporting run to the other entrance of the decontamination area, first person who comes out is probably the imposter.
2. (This is for the skeld only) when your playing on the skeld, kill those that have been proven innocent cause then your chances of success will skyrocket
3. Don’t kill players that are under suspicion for being an imposter, if you do kill the player that is under suspicion for being an imposter you will shift the blame to you and you’ll get ejected (this is for all of the maps)
4. When you get a kill try and draw the rest of the players to the other side of the map (if you want to get away unscathed sabotage electrical, the reactor or the oxygen for the best chance of success)

Tips: If The Player Came Out After Doing The Task In Med Bqy They Will Face The Left, But If The Player Vented To Med Bay They Will Face The Right Keep An Eye On The Suspect Before Pressing The Emergency Meeting Button.

Pro tip: While playing this map check the door sensor panel it would usually tell where somebody died

When you're an imposter, try and do your kills next to vents
Tip for being an imposter: Lookout for cameras in the maps, if you see them blinking red, that means someone is using that camera and is currently looking at you, when it doesnt blink adnd there isnt a red light, that means no one is using that camera. A 9000 IQ move is to go to the medbay frequently in the first map and lookout for the camera, if it blinks red, lock the security room door and vent to there then kill em, but make sure no one except one crewmate is in there unless your kill cooldown is low. If you have to murder someone in a place people run through or id about to, kill them then stand on their body and make sure you’re in front of the body to hide it so they wont notice, this last trick only works 70% of the time and I suggest not to use it that much but only when u must.
Tips for crewmate: To see if someone is an imposter, check the asteroid shooter task and check if the gun outside the ship actually fires, if it does, that means they are a crewmate, if it doesnt, it means they’re an imposter faking a task. Another way is to camp near the vent in electrical and hide behind the wires beside the vent, when the imposter vents, quickly run to the emergency meeting button and vote them. I recommend using black coloured crewmate as it blends well with the wires. The last tip for crewmates is to ask a trusted person or friend u know who is a crewmate. Make him stand afk in an area and walk into him then make your character stand behind him but make sure you can’t see yourself clearly behind him.

Here's a tip stay watch the task bar and report them if it doesn't go up once they finish a "task".
Umm some times the killer might fake a task and someone else would do a task and it goes up making the killer look clear

About 5 years
Tips and pro tip for you to win:
Tip 1: kill someone in an area where nobody was there for a long period of time, once it is found, crewmates will have no idea who is the impostor, giving you the chance of accusing someone, or and opportunity to kill a another one if skipped.
Tip 2: Always make sure if you are about to kills someone, make sure there is a camera. If its blinking red, DO not kill somebody, instead just kill somebody where the camera wouldn't be able to see, such as storage, comms, admin, and shields.
Tip 2.1:
If you are a crewmate, follow someone, but not too long because that will make you sus, instead, just follow someone that leds to a area, after that, leave the area, when you do that, go back to the area to view what happened.
Protip 1:
if you are impostor, and there is a emergency (or crisises) like oxygen, or reactor, try to go to that area 1st but do nothing, this gives a chance of killing someone if you are nearing victory.
Protip 2:
Sabatoge lights, why?, they make a great advantage to those impostors, the crewmates have low vision while you have the high ground, kill someone that is also near soemone that has the same vision, this gives advantage of making the crewmate sus and throwing him under the bus.
Tip 3: Baiting someone will need to require a few players that have the same name in the same place that they are standing, or try to hide in a spot where you wont be seen, this gives a very fast round to crewmates.
Tip 4:
if you accidentally kill someone in front of you, dont be angry, and focused, this will most likely have the crewmates to vote you, instead, try to say that: "I came in, and saw him kill right in front of me." this give you advantage of making him mad, thus voting him out, giving you an oppertunity.
Final Tip:
Try to kill someone that everyone is standing right on top of it (or all cramped together of doing one task. ) This gives you a great strategy, and gives you random accusing of someone of voting him out.

Tips for being an impostor: if the crewmate sees you venting and the crewmate goes to the emergency button click the sabatoge and click the reactor sign so the crewmate cant use the emergency button.
If you’re a crewmate and you want to catch the imposter go to cameras and then remember where everybody goes and then if someone goes into a room and they go out of a different room than they were the imposter

None of them seem to sabotage a whole lot, turning off lights as imposter can help kill people with a little lower risk of being caught, and any sabotage in general can prevent players from hitting the button

Tip: do not kill when light is blinking on cameras. Tip:do not vote on seven. Tip:when doing a fake task walk away when the task bar goes up. Tip:kill innocent confirmed people and join the group who thinks it was another person. Tip:when in admin if theres is 2 people in a room and one person blinks the other one is a impostor.

Tip: if someone is doing task or faking task for crewmate it well go up but for impostor the task bar it well not go up so keep an eye on someone doing task.
That’s actually very helpful because because when you trying to find your task you bring up the map isn’t that hard
