    Thank you, Anna. Ms. Daniels was an absolutely necessary witness and deserves the clear-eyed understanding of the horror she testified to, and also the terrible decision the defense made in having a strident and unpleasant and insulting female counsel do the cross. There were a lot of good ways to do that cross but this wasn’t one of them.

      I was angered and disgusted by the cross-examination of Ms. Daniels. I'm still angry.

      How dare women NOT understand the power dynamic when trying to defend Trump. Before signing up to take his loser orders, a study of the Senate Impeachment Trials, J6 Committee Hearings and E. Jean Carroll case may have served Blanche and Co. well. MAGA: Making Attorneys Get Attorneys is an understatement. Just resort to turning in your law license.

      LOL Yeah, Daniels made "Trump her bitch," when they "had sex," but now it's a "horrifying experience." And do tell, exactly how does any of this testimony prove, or is even relevant to, him "falsifying business records?"

    Thank you Anna. This is why many of us disagreed with Ben's take. Stormy Daniel's testimony was crucial to establish credibility and to prove that that her story if it got out, would be damaging. So, salacious yes, but necessary.

      Stormy has sacrificed so much for TRUTH. Don't mess with a seasoned 'fence' jumper.

      LOL that is completely irrelevant. It is not illegal to pay someone to not tell a story that is damaging. Whether Trump banged her or not is completely irrelevant to the case. I mean, her testimony proves she's not credible, since the story changed over and over, but it has nothing to do with whether or not Trump falsified business records.

    Thank you all for taking the extra time to make these video’s after your day at court. It’s very refreshing to hear various perspectives from the pro’s without feeling as though there’s a political slant, vs a good-faith debate. I truly appreciate that.

      Reliable reporters would be talking about how convincing Stormy was that Trump sexually assaulted her, when she admitted Trump DIDN'T sexually assault her, in a case that is about BUSINESS RECORDS, not sexual assault.

    add my thanks to Anna, & Tyler's follow-up - the prosecution better remind the jury that Stormy Daniels was 27 in 2006, with maybe four years in the adult film industry - not ascribing credibility to her actions then from the vantage of today

    Glad to hear your take on both the direct & the cross of Stormy Daniels, Anna & Tyler. From what I heard / read it was 100% relevant testimony in both. And compelling. She shows up the Defence's hypocrisy, creepiness, and the hollowness of their case. I hadn't known that much about her & didn't consider myself a fan but I've been saying "Go, Stormy!" to my screen all day. IMO the defense lawyers can't use Trump being a difficult client as an excuse for bad lawyering - they've made a few serious errors and that's on them.

    • @gregtufaro8166
      @gregtufaro8166 29 дней назад

      explain how Trump sleeping with her is relevant to him falsifying business records

    • @gregtufaro8166
      @gregtufaro8166 29 дней назад

      also, explain these "few serious errors." It's funny how the Lawfare commies neglected to tell you how the defense objected to any line of questioning about sexual acts, which of course the judge dismissed. And the reason they didn't object to the condom is because A) the jury should understand how ridiculous the entire line of questioning is and B) because it's going to help them in their appeal, when the justices see the nonsense the judge was allowing.

  • @gregtufaro8166
    @gregtufaro8166 29 дней назад

    LOL Stormy performed SO well. That the defense decided not to put their other gold digger on the stand at the last second.🤣😂🤣. These guys are trying real hard for a gig on MSNBC. Pathetic

      They were statements made when she was under the belief she was under a NDA. Which proved to be illegitimate, see Jessica Densons fight to get out of hers, as unconstitutional.

    LOL "Justice" Merchan (he's a judge bud, stop trying to elevate him), the man who's daughter rakes in nearly A HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS fundraising off of this case agrees with the persecutors. Gee, ya don't say

  • @billEarth42

    I also want to mention that Daniels' testimony, "I've been stripping since I was 17, how did I not see this coming?" was testimony of just how incredibly skilled Trump is at deceit and manipulation.

    "She knows how an audience will receive things." Just like I know my TDS audience will be glued into sexual assault nonsense, when that isn't what the case is about.

    way to lie about her testimony "not being objected to" when the defense DID object to the entire line of questioning, which the judge, of course, like nearly every other defense objection, overruled.

    It's amazing how you say "I can't think of any gotcha moment," immidialaty after talking about how Stormy said she "blacked out." All while completely ignoring how the defense called her out on the fact that in previous statements about the alleged affair (funny how you guys keep refusing to say alleged, so professional of you), she said she made Trump her bitch. Along with all the other inconsistencies in her story

  • @gregtufaro8166

    LOL 10 minuets in and we're STILL talking about "sexual assault." While talking about a witness who admits she wasn't sexually assaulted, in a trial that is about BUSINESS RECORDS, not sexual assault. This coverage is almost as big of a joke as this trial itself.

    Courts are abominable. A witness discussing sex in such a malicious and malevolent manner is appalling. And the smug insulting referenced is revolting. Definitely a mistrial.

    • @retireearly7223
      @retireearly7223 Месяц назад

      Even the judge said he couldn’t believe Trump’s lawyers didn’t object to some of the seamy sex details. Can’t have a mistrial if you don’t object. A mistrial is possible if the defense objects but the judge overrules. Nobody objected here. The defense will try to use the salacious detail against the state in their summary, but good luck; the horse is out of the barn.

    • @jaroleva
      @jaroleva Месяц назад

      Definitely NOT a mistrial. Blanche's opening statement denying Trump had sex with Ms. Daniels and the defense's failure to object to certain details weigh heavily against the success of such a motion. Trump's behavior toward Ms. Daniels 18 years ago was appalling. No wonder he wanted to cover it up before the election after the release of the Access Hollywood tape. Trump falsified the billing records and failed to comply with election disclosure laws. He is being held to acccount.

    • @gregtufaro8166
      @gregtufaro8166 29 дней назад

      Possibly. Anyone with half a brain knows this was always going to get overturned on appeal. But this has been so bad that there's even a shot of a not guilty verdict (still not likely, but far better chance than there was before the trial started). And these idiots are acting like it's going well for the State.
      Stormy was so bad that they're not putting their other gold digger on the stand and the Lawfare commies barely even mention that she's not testifying and try to sell that this is going well for them.
      But I guess you can do that when you also have a commie judge, and a jury with a bunch of TDS haters. I don't know how these people live with themselves.
