  • Hey guys, welcome to this awesome 20 min WEIGHTED ABS WORKOUT FOR DEFINED ABS ❤
    If you are looking for the perfect dumbbell abs workout routine to tone your abs then you are in the right place! This is a no repeat workout that you can do at home! This workout has a good mix of standing and lying down abs exercises to work all angles of your stomach. It's going to help you to get that strong core and toned ab and obliques muscles!
    Give this workout a try and let me know how you felt!
    The structure for this workout:
    - 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
    - x2 SETS
    - 45s rest between sets
    Remember this is your workout, we are all different and it’s important for you to have fun while working out. We want to make this a lifestyle and the only way to succeed is to enjoy what you are doing. If you need to stop and take a longer break, just pause the video. This is a no judgement zone ok!

    Great workout.. how many days in a week k can do it?

      As much as you want to 😀 However, I would have a day rest in between muscles groups. So I would do it every second day. If you feel good to do it every day, and you can push through, then you are welcome to do it like that 😍

    Hey MFG!!! Great ab killer!!!! Thank you!! Sometimes my neck gets tired holding my head up on some of those sit ups….. but we have to do that cuz it’s more effective, right???

      Your neck will get stronger with time 😉 also, try to focus on squeezing the abs to get up, instead of using momentum of the upper body! I know it gets difficult, especially as your muscles get tired! But also remember, you will get stronger and better with time! That's a given ❤️

    GeeGee I'm 5'7" tall. If we were to stand back to back, who would be the taller Love Wes xxxx
