All original places in Indonesia, and they mix all folk songs in Indonesia, the scene of a mother holding a baby is a mother singing with hopes and prayers for her child so that he can grow up to be a fighter for the nation, the next scene where the proclamation of Indonesian independence is announced by the first president of Indonesia (Soekarno and Hatta), ended by singing the national anthem, "bagimu negeri" as a form of promise to one's own country
a lil correction, 'Bagimu Negeri' isn't really the national 'anthem' of Indonesia since our national anthem is the 'Indonesia Raya' song. But Bagimu Negeri is one of the wildly popular national patriotic songs and the meaning itself is pretty clear, so they use that song as a form of promise.

They use the real places to main stages and part of song. Actually this is medley folks song or traditional song from many region in Indonesia like Java, Bali, Papua, Borneo and many more. Every part song have different language (local language), different costume and different culture that show about Indonesia diversity. This MV for celebrate Indonesia independence day, so when music upbeat and rock you can hear the speech from our first president when declare independence in 1945. At the end that Indonesia patriotic song. The dragon was mythologic creature from Javanese and balinese culture Indonesia. I hope you understand and enjoy 🇮🇩

All the set taken in Bali. Main stage with LED was located at Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. Giant dancing statues are at Royal Pita Maha resort. Man playing like a guitar (called SAPE) was located at Mount Batur. Guys who playing plate dancing located in Nusa Park. Mother who sang lulaby for a son also in Nusa Park. All the song is medley of some folksong from different tribe in Indonesia with their traditional costume. The song in the end is one of national song of Indonesia. All of was located in Bali. You should visit one day 💪
Btw all those was traditional clothes (include the head ornaments) and we still use it sometimes in the important days like independence day, Kartini day, wedding and etc. And the song was a compilation of traditional song (not in bahasa but in tradisional language) from each city in Indonesia. The set (building, statue, the view) is real too expect for the flying things.

Fyi... Indonesia’s Independence Day always falls on 17 August. This commemoration has been held since 1945, when Soekarno and Mohammad Hatta made the proclamation of Independence, as Japan was defeated by the United States in the same year. This was a significant moment in the country, as it brought about the end of colonialism in Indonesia.
And this video is made for celebrated our 76th Indonesia Independence Day.
This video was made in Bali. The place is real, also the statues. You guys should watch "Behind the Scene of Wonderland Indonesia". It only took 10 days to made this video.

It was released 17 august in commemoration of Indonesian's independence day and the speech along with the drum is the original speech audio from declaration of independence back in 1945
The opening cgi floating traditional houses, flying sparkling luminous jelly fish and stingray, represent the fact that Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world, literally floating thousands of islands. Bridging Asians and Melanesians. Extremely diverse from west to east. Fulfilled with hundreds of languages, culture, tradition, ethnicity, and even religion.
This video music is medley, compilation several etnic/folk music packing with edm style music. I think Alffy Rev is a big fans of Alan Walker (just in my humble opinion 😂). The closing song is national anthem wich mixed with declaration of independence speech by our first president (and first vice president), Sukarno-Hatta, real voice audio from1945.
Before independence declaration speech, there is a lullaby style folk song from Java where every lyrics is magical spell/words, a pray, a good hope that in the near future the baby surrounded with gift from God, a man/woman who will defend his/her land and nation all out body and soul. This magical pray repeated as underlined bold statement as national promise under the flag in the closing national anthem.
Creature in the closing segment is cgi. A mythical mix of dragon-eagle adapted from a mythical creature carved since Majapahit/ancient kingdoms era, Antaboga. That will rise to protect, with endless wealth.
This video music is crafted for celebrating our 76th independence day.

By the way, In case you get this statement wrong 'Indonesia is the most beautiful land in the Universe' at the beginning of the video, I guess was added for marketing purposes only. We all believe that every places are equally beautiful.
If you'd like to understand what this video is about, here are some details. I may not be 100% correct, but at least it'll give you a much deeper understanding about the messages that Alffy Rev, Novia Bachmid and Doni Salmanan are trying to deliver.
MOST PEOPLE WERE ASKING:
ARE THOSE FLOATING ISLANDS REALLY EXIST?
Of course no. What this video trying to tell is that we have plenty of unique historical sites spread over many different islands from west to the eastern part of the country.
Of course they're not floating in real except Pura Ulun Danu, Bali which situated on the lake.
Those floating buildings are; Rumah Gadang (Sumatera), Rumah Tongkonan (Tana Toraja), Borobudur Buddhist temple (Magelang), and Pura Ulun Danu (Bali). If I'm not mistaken, the Goddess statue where the singer starts her singing is at Royal Pitamaha, Ubud, Bali.
Again, All of the buildings and nature sceneries are real but yes, CGI effects applied to make it looks more cinematic.
WHAT ARE THOSE HEADPIECES SHE WORE?
Those headpieces (crowns) she wore in general is called TIARA for females or MAHKOTA for males (the name will change based on the tribe where it originated). In the past you must wear those kind of headpieces to identify yourself as a royal family member. Both Tiara and Mahkota are normally made of gold or silver with diamond installed in the middle of it. Every diamond placed in a Tiara or Mahkota can't be just a diamond. It has to be one with magical power.
Headpiece is one the most important outfits for almost every ethnic group in Indonesia. Even more important than shirts. In my original tribe and many others, we don't wear shirt for males, We usually wear 3 pieces of sarong (a loose cloth) to cover our waist up to the knee (No shirts on) and of course a headpiece. In my own tradition (Sasak in Lombok) headpiece isn't just an accessory. It is actually more as a symbol that you appreciate your head as the most important part of your body and to prove that you are responsible to protect it even from the heat.
Headpiece is the very first thing you wear when you're born. Your parent will have it made for you a month before you even born.
Nowadays, anyone can wear those kind of royal headpieces during their wedding ceremony and many other special occasions.
Traditional costumes worn in the video:
1. From the ethnic group (Tribe) of Dayak in Kalimantan called Ta'a (for females) Sapei Sapaq (for males). Their headpieces are made of Hornbill feathers. This is just one of the many traditional costumes belong to the Dayak tribe.
2. I think is from the Kohongian tribe in Sulawesi Utara. This just one of the many of them in Sulawesi Utara.
3. Based on the headpiece she wore, I think it is from the Asmat tribe called Sali made of bark and decorated with cassowary and bird of paradise feathers. Again, there are so many other traditional costumes in Papua.
4. Kebaya Labuh from the province of Riau.
5. Limpapeh Rumah Nan Gadang from the province of West Sumatera.
6. Payas Agung, Bali.
7. Kebaya Brokat from West Java.
8. Bula Molik (Crescent) made of silver and Gold, NTT.
WHAT ARE THEY SINGING?
(Please refer to the traditional outfits as well because the songs and outfits represent the region where they originated)
This video showcases only 9 of traditional folk songs from 9 ethnic groups out of 879 ethnic group with 1430 tribes existed in Indonesia. The main song is Bagimu Negeri - One of our national songs.
NOTE: As an Indonesian, there is no way you not gonna cry when singing or listening to that song. It is our oaths to the mother land. Our promises to the nation. And as the answer to the prayers of our parent which Alffy described perfectly through that young mother singing lullaby to her newly born son. A lullaby can't only be just a nice song to bring you to sleep, it consists a prayer, wishes and hopes of our parent to see us grow as someone useful to the nation. Nothing can make them happier than that.

WHAT IS THAT TRADITIONAL MUSICAL INSTRUMENT HE'S PLAYING?

WHO DID THE SPEECH AND WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
It was the original proclamation speech done by our first president Soekarno.
WHAT IS THE SYMBOL THAT AWAKEN THE DRAGON?
It is called Surya Majapahit or known as Dewata Nawa Sanga - The 9 Gods that protect the universe from 9 different dimension compass wise.
WHAT ARE THOSE CREATURES?
The creatures you see at the end of the video are GARUDA and a Dragon known as ANTABOGA from the mythology of the ancient Majapahit kingdom . Antaboga is believed to be the guardian of the underearth dimension. That's why you will find it featured in many of our traditional carvings, crafts, and even in our architectural designs. Meanwhile, Garuda is the main symbol of our country (You can't really showcase it for commercial purposes because It's protected by law). Garuda itself is a huge gigantic bird that can only be found in Indonesia. And is believed by the Hindu as the main vehicle of God Vishnu.

The independence day 17 Agt 1945 yes it is the time when the world war II ended with the bomb at Nagasaki and Hiroshima and Japan lost the war. We were at war with Japan who tried to "colonialize" Indonesia and saw the time to declare our independence. It was a hard fought independence.
The dragon called as Antaboga, a mythical creature being told at the era of Majapahit, an old kingdoom. Antaboga and Garuda bird are expected to protect Indonesia
