I really like pavard, but Mazaroui has been very good beyond the stats. He is one of our few press resistant players, he tucks in the midfield and runs the play from there. Pavard is a defensive monster but Nous brings something different to the side.
Disagree with Mazraoui, he's way better than Pavard in the build up play and pretty decent at defending, football is not a game of numbers & statistic. In terms of conceding, that's mostly because when Maz started, Pavard plays as a CB (the position that he demanded) and he made most of the mistake leading to a goal.

@@noname-ot7vd dude frustrates the hell out of me to watch. Worst first touch iv ever seen, passing straight back to opposition, gives up on runs, doesn't track back defensively, and just crosses into the box to nobody without looking up.

As a Chelsea fan, nobody wishes what I said wasn’t true more than me. I watch every Chelsea game, if you watched the Arsenal game on weekend you would know he did everything I just highlighted. I suppose you probably think Cucurella has been amazing too
@@granth1238 No no you mentioning cucu isn't warranted he has been garbage for the most part. And for me who has watched most matches as well I will say this the only thing Havertz does is lose position too much. Apart from that he is just 1 of the many underperforming players we have because the majority of our attack does what you do every single match

Havertz is just in another early season slump, he’ll do good in the second half of the season like always, Mount is way worse
Mount has had more goals and assists than havertz in every single season at Chelsea, while playing a more defensive role, under similar minutes. Havertz can’t finish, gets himself isolated by not playing with his head up and half the time loses the ball to anyone who challenges him, but Yh keep backing him because he did one meaningful thing 2 years ago
