@@RobRippin still haven't gotten circles yet but i do like my setup for riding idle around the lot. I have 4 degree timing advancement and 15/60 sprockets. i want to go higher on gearing, but i still need my bike for streets. I had -2 up front for a while and it was so obnoxious cruising around lmao.
Hey man great video!! I just started to build my f4i into a stunt bike.. what force do you tight the front sprocket and the 5 nuts of the rear sprocket and the axle nut for the wheel
Shouldn’t the caliper be fully flush with the ss Moto bracket? To my knowledge the hardware may be long so the spacers should go between the bolt and the caliper but not in between the bracket and caliper. It’s hard to see but on my ss moto I have it set up this way as many people in the forums told me it was wrong to mount it that way. Just a thought, maybe the pads will not make full contact that way.
The guys on the forums are right. The hardware is the correct length. The spacers are used to set the caliper correctly so pads make full contact with the rotor. Mine are perfectly flush with the edge of the rotor and have 100% contact. Spacer between bolt and caliper would work if bolts were too long
@@RobRippin oh ok gotcha. Btw have you ever owned a 636? Asking bcuz I’m trying to disable the abs on one and if simply taking off the abs ring on the wheel will do it or not? I’m trying to save time and money instead of taking the whole abs system out. It’s such a hassle
Can't wait to see this thing in action
You and me both haha
idk how i missed your gearing set up before when i watched this, but holy shit! That things gotta pull so nice.
Yessir I barely use throttle in circles, almost all idle pull

Front Sprocket: 40 lbf*ft
Rear Sprocket: 47 lbf*ft
Axle Nut: 69 lbf*ft
Just make sure to double check your service manual

have you done the oil pickup? baffle mod
Nope, just overfill to 4 qts for now.
whats the stuff your putting on the bolts? Or even the thing on 1:13 , is tht to make it lose and slippery?
Bolts - Red Loctite to keep them from vibrating loose. The spacers and axle - marine grease to keep it from seizing.
