Hey there, I'm having an issue where I can't access my homescreen, I enter the pin and it just loads up to an almost completely unresponsive black screen, I can swipe down to open settings and options, but theres no way to access any apps, it's not widespread because I haven't encountered anyone else with this issue, do you by chance know any way to fix this?
Yeah I followed the steps, the phone just kept giving me a black screen when I entered my password. Luckily I left it for about an hour and it seemed to fix itself, maybe I was tinkering with it too much.
Is there anyone who has experienced this issue? If nothing works, try resetting the phone; it may become okay. Otherwise, visit a service center to reinstall the software.i already experienced this issue 3 times 😑
Phone keeps rebooting and i cant enter bios mode, when i stop pressing buttons it restarts instantly over and over. In general every 10 seconds for 5 hours now, hoping the battery dies soon. Great hardware phone for little money, but the boot loop is doing its job to make it absolute trash

This phone is a shit. From purchase and first day, always get stuck and don't let me even do a hard reset, usually I need to wait like 5 or 10 minutes and it restarts automatically. also show some crash screens the first week. I didnt have more problems a couple of months, just one or two restarts per month... Now I come again to search for info. Last night my Nothing (useful) phone 1, got under my pillow and started to get hot, (never happened to my others phones being under the pillow 5 minutes...but well) when I check the phone, was stuck with a screen full of B - boot and D - Restart messages, cannot do absolutely nothing, need to wait 30 minutes and then it restarted alone. Now I am stuck receive messages about Debris or liquid in port USB, every 2 minutes show the message "USB is ok to use" and immediately after that show the "debris or liquid in port" message again, when I unlock the phone, after 5 minutes it crash and restart again. in a eternal loop. someone with the same trouble? should I just bring this shit to support service? or directly to a trash can and buy a Iphone?
Same problem 😢 worst mistake of my life is buying this phone this is a shit phone only bugs in it crashes app restart automatically I don't know what to do 🥲

Brother when service centre reinstall software data is still there or wiped..
I am unable enter into the recovary mode. It just flashes the recovary screen and goes back to restarting loop.
hashim Mohammed Bro, Try Draining the complete battery of your Nothing Phone, then keep it on Overnight charging. It might fix the issue. 😊
