Wow, been awhile since I have revisited this video. Nine years on, I still have the bike (why not - I bought it in 1980). I have since re-geared it with the Andrews "C" gear set in the transmission. The gear splits are much, much better now. You might have noticed the big drop in revs from 3rd to 4th. Well, the "C" gears fix that by increasing the countershaft RPM, resulting in taller 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears. The splits are much more even with this change. I should probably make another video...
