Good tip and for the grease that can't b removed. I use Nutrim (powdered oats) just a quarter or half scoop. Sprinkle over meat & it will absorb the leftover grease, this is also good for keeping cholesterol down, but does not replace chol. meds! :)

I do that too! If it's a lot of grease, then I will use a spoon to scoop it out.
