Thank you so much for sharing this! This is sooo interesting! I'm fascinated and will be looking her up. My jewelry designs, (as well as many of my poems, lyrics, and other art pieces) come to me in dreams! 💕
Just started watching this video and looked at the artist. One of her watercolors went for almost $4000. She’s a very well-known upstate New York artist and had her own gallery passed away in 2000.
3/13/23 I think it would look 👀 wonderful as a pillow case. And the green bed spread goes perfect with the wall color. I love orange too 🧡 but! I feel it wouldn't match with the wall color. Just saying. Blessings to u and ur fur child. 🙏🏽💜
Charlie is like white lighting moving along the sidewalk ( walking.) I mean..... U, sure get your exercise in!!!!!!. ( Lol....) Blessings always Kate & charlie❤❤.
Wow, I've never seen a Marimekko fabric like the one in that window! I love the big poppy design anyway, but this [for me] sort of has that animated 'we all live in a yellow submarine' vibe...the 70s - of course!
Hello Kate, I think you small house video showed up on my feed, and from there, I have been browsing around your videos. So, went to the beginning, to your gratitude videos.... and honestly, I really am enjoying your channel. So, just wanted to pop in and say thank you. I live in Norway, on a farm, and I also garden and love the beauty around us, so your videos speak to me. 💕🌷 And when I was a little girl, my father was stationed at West Point and we lived on the west side of the Hudson, and I was born further west in CNY... so watching your videos is also a taste of my childhood. There was a path through the woods to my school and we had nature walks along it in the springtime... and we used to play in the woods all around where we lived. So, thank you for your videos!
I think with this frazzled, chaotic world, where you live and the way you live is pretty phenomenal. Heavenly if you ask me. Cherish what you have. 💖💜💖💜💖💜💖💜💖
Frazzled and chaotic are definitely good ways to describe things! Nature always helps bring me back from that : ) Hope you have a wonderful weekend!💜💜💜💜
Love textiles… my granddaughter who is 23 self taught in crochet, knitting and needlepoint.. not just a grandmother act anymore. A lot of young people are getting into it. She is a great painter. She has painted me anything from watercolors etchings, I have them all of my house plus she makes wreaths. Such a gifted child she made me a hat for Christmas. Love to Charlie from me and Otis.🐶 Massachusetts.
Charlie is a very discerning little dog. He’s picking up things that those who aren’t sensitive don’t even notice. My chi is very much like him. Great video.
So you're saying our dogs are geniuses ; ) ; ) But seriously, you're so right ... he's very perceptive. Chis really are such wonderful little fur babies! 💜💜
This is such a beautiful video, so many gorgeous scenic moments, I loved the reflection in the river. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home and lifestyle with us and I'd like to say hello to all the lovely people on this channel🌈🌞💚
Kate, you are producing fabulous content, and I so appreciate that you are posting every week! I love how you share your heart and your thoughts with us. And I am absolutely enchanted by how your new home is turning out!!! I, too, thought immediately that the textile would make a great pillow for your bed! Now if you would allow a 66 year old mother and grandmother to give you a piece of advice. Please, please, please wear gardening gloves and sturdy shoes when you are out working on your property and picking up RUSTY old tools. Oh my goodness, Kate, I do NOT want you to get hurt, get cut, get infected, etc. etc. I really care about you and love these visits with you. So please, my dear, protect yourself. 💚💙💛🧡♥ Michelle
I live in Snohomish Washington...Im so blessed that nature is everywhere. I sometimes just pull over next to a field or stream at a pretty sight! I'm a backroad driver..so the evergreens and sky always move me. Like a natural cathedral
Your little Charlie is so precious. I can't get enough of him. You have the best of two worlds living in the country, but having such charming little towns within reach. How nice. Your bedroom wall looks great. It is becoming quite a cozy room. Thanks for another enjoyable time spent with you and Charlie. Take care.
An easy way to find any metal objects in your yard is to pull a large magnet on a cord through the yard. I did this one summer when we’re building our house to find any lost nails. Thank you for your channel ❤
Look forward to little boho cottage this week I kept looking to see if you had something new posted was happy to see you had so while shaping my nut butter biscuits I had you sitting on the bench🙂 we live in the tropics of Nth Queensland Australia we are on property very grateful I can sit on my verandah and watch sun birds looking for nectar or honeyeaters having a splash in the bird bath. Surrounded by bush native and what we have planted. Like trips to town, love coming home.
I very much enjoy watching your vlogs, its like visiting with a long time girl friend. My very special spot is a little creek that runs along my property. I have a bench there & enjoy listening to it sing its life song as the water runs tumbles past.
You and Charlie soothe me and make me laugh. I have bipolar disorder and complex PTSD. I live small and simple. I'm a home body /hermit too. Love simple boho style, more Minimalist. Anyway, thank you for your lovely videos!!❤
Kate your videos have made me want to get closer to nature. I have always had a garden both vegetables and flowers and I am so fascinated with all the different kids of birds that my different feeders have attracted. Prior to moving to my current location I would have so many deer in my back yard boy do I miss that. Thank you for always sharing your amazing home and travels and of course Charlie! My Zoey is so afraid she will not walk on a leash! I have to put her in a back pack! 😂🐶♥️
Thanks for sharing "beautiful lady " You are kind to everything in life. And thanks for including Charlie in your videos. He is a darling dog to watch. 😍
Ukraine is the largest sunflower seed producer in the world, so the war is probably the reason your nut butter is so expensive. Gorgeous video as always, thank you for sharing💖
I thought the same. We feed wild birds with sunflower seeds, buy them in bulk, the price nearly doubled, so a huge sack is almost 100 € instead of around 50 just 2-3 years ago.
I get out of work early on Fridays. I usually come home and tidy up my place for the weekend. Your beautiful home is an inspiration, and your videos on Friday afternoons are a nice transition from the hectic of the week to the mellow of the weekend.
I'm so glad you live in the beautiful countryside! I moved about a year ago from a really Park-like RV park on the edge of town to an in town apartment. The apartment is lovely and we have nice views. But I miss the trees and seeing to the horizon. I miss the morning bird chorus and the wind in the trees. ❤️❤️❤️🫂🫂🫂🌟🌟✨🌷🌳🌱
Oh girl! We are soul sisters!! I grew up a few miles from the Hudson and yes, I wouldn't bathe or eat fish from it, but dang those sunsets and it's sea glass etc are breathtaking. Also about 13 years ago my husband and I looked in Beacon and we could NOT afford it, this was before all the shops and gentrification so I know we couldn't afford it now! It's nice to go to those places but I love coming home. Charlie looked like a regular in the town! He could be mayor! If you ever get a chance another town along the Hudson is Nyack,NY a fun thrift store called Grace's. I grew up there in Rockland. So many great towns in NY for exploration! The cottage looks amazing, get ready for snow again! Be well! ❤️☃️❄️
Ah, Kate, another lovely video! It seems to me that you break all the decorating “rules” and end up with utterly beautiful and magical spaces! I love it so much! Do you enjoy going antiquing? I used to enjoy it and can no longer go because of health issues. If you feel up to it I’d sure enjoy a slow stroll through an antique store video. Much love, Kathy
Hi Kathy! I do love a good antique store!!!! I'll have to "bring you along" sometime soon : ) When I go down to Delaware, there's a large antique mall that I just love. It's SO full of treasures. Hopefully you get to do some antiquing on eBay these days?? Have a wonderful weekend!!❤❤❤❤
I also Loooooooooove Nature and 'the country' ... -my- balance is, LIVE in the peace and quiet of 'the middle of nowhere'-- and, then, take little visits **as "Treats"** to the cute little towns and coffee shops 😊 Just like you do, as you said, on your job outings. That makes it fun and fulfilling-- the best of both worlds. I have the best time on "outings"-- but it is the peace and quiet of nature that nourishes my soul and that I want to come back to 💗
A bit more about your artist: Born in 1925, self-taught African-American artist, Founder, co-owner Paxton-Tanner Gallery, Poughkeepsie. Artist-in-residence Springwood Inn, Rhinebeck, New York, Caesars Restaurant, Poughkeepsie, Fredericks Restaurant, Hyde Park, New York, Mill House Restaurant, Poughkeepsie, Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park. Many exhibitions starting in the 1980s. You have a treasure there. Too bad you didn't scoop up all the paintings as they will grow in value.
I have been waiting all week for your video, and you did not disappoint, the scenery shots were beautiful. I think you have the best of both worlds, you live in nature, but close enough to drive to the towns nearby. Cheers from NL, Canada, enjoy your weekend.
Thank you so much, Donna!!!!!! I really appreciate that : ) I used to think I could live far away from a town ... but now I know I can't. And you're right ... being able to drive to towns is wonderful. I'm grateful for so many cute ones around here : ) Have a wonderful weekend!❤❤
Thank you again for sharing a slice of your life. I'm within a short walk of a beautiful river so I enjoy visiting daily. Love to Charlie, such a cute little boy ❤️
Oh my gosh I love your videos, could watch them all day long and your beautiful little Charlie. You make everything look so magical. And you are so beautiful, my daughter and daughters love the BoHo look. Have a wonderful evening.🤎🤎
Watching your video is a moment of calm in a chaotic and overwhelming weekend. Thank you. Plant sunflowers this spring and collect the seeds in summer to make your own sunflower seed butter. Super easy to make. (Okay the shelling of the seeds is a pain, but an audio book whilst sat on the porch will help 🙂) And you could also make your own almost milk from almonds, if it is cheaper to buy them this way - and of course has no added ingredients. Again super easy (lots of tutorials on seed/nut butters and milks out there if you are unsure how) and bonus you could use the almond pulp in smoothies. What about an asymmetrical stencil above the bed? My special spot has always been my garden. I sit, drink a coffee, sometimes work, with visits from my ducks and cats. It doesn't get any better.
Kate what a beautiful dress you're wearing in the beginning of the video. Yes all nut butters have skyrocketed. The almond milk I use is Elmhurst. Their has almonds and water, no fillers, binders and funky stuff. It has gotten so expensive. 1 quart is $9☹ I'm trying to adapt to water based smoothies as well. That might be a sycamore tree. I love to go to Stone Mountain, GA and walk up the mountain. At the top it's like you can see forever. It's memorizing 💗🌷
Thank you!!! And ugh .. yeah ... the prices on nut milks has gone too high now. So water it is : ) Maybe by summer we'll prefer it : ) Though I will say that the times I make my own almond milk ... woooo! It's SO delicious!!!!!!!!
This was such a sweet video. Loved the day in Beacon. As for the textile in the window.... I am such a proponent of "I CAN DO THAT!". So since you have it on video... I would pause it and take a picture or draw it... putting the name of the color in each section. The shapes are pretty basic. Then I would either do one large canvas over your bed... or 4 canvas wall display. Painting is so fun... doesn't have to be perfect. Just has to give you the feel of the piece in the window. YOU CAN DO THS! I'll be watching!
that fabric you loved, the manufacturer is Marimekko It is a Finnish company, here is more information about the fabric Marimekko Katsuji Wakisaka Karuselli
Love the colour of the wall!it turned out great. Love soft purples, mauve and periwinkle blue, and the frame suits that painting great!ha your dress matches to wall! Oh love that above the bed. Yea good as pillow too. Lol
What a lovely environment to live in. I wish you joy and peace and life with your fur baby will bring its own rewards. Love your little home. Im sure you have many envious followers/like minded friends. Hi from the UK. x
I agree with you on living in town. I would be shopping every day. I am good where I am...out in the country. Beautiful scenery. Thank you for the video.
I live on the opposite side of the country, but my go to is Mt. Hood in the Mount Hood National Forest in Oregon. It is where I grew up, and where my heart will always find peace. Thank you for sharing your favorite spots! I have never seen the East Coast, and it is lovely!
I was thinking how much I like the soft green comforter against that wall ( blush or peach). The bed looks " happy" and not cluttered with prints and too many colors.
Hi Kate, so happy to see a new video up. We're in the midst of a snowstorm here, I went out to a medical appt. and then hightailed it home. Now sitting with the electric fireplace on, surrounded by sleeping kitties, reading a Philippa Gregory book (Tudor historical fiction), watching it snow, and thinking about plants and seed catalogs. I'm having a reflective, quiet day...today is the 30th anniversary of my beloved dad's passing. It seems surreal, and I have a hard time wrapping my head around it, that he's been absent from my life for longer than I had him. One of the places our whole family loved was Fourth Lake in the Adirondacks. We spent some time there every summer, and now my sister-in-law lives near there, so we go up a few times a year. Beautiful, clear lake, smell of evergreens, wildflowers...peace. I'm definitely a water girl, and I live only a few miles from Lake Ontario, and love spending time there too. Your cottage is looking wonderful. Thank you for sharing a slice of your life with us.
The lake sounds perfect, Elizabeth. It makes me long for summer : ) I'm so glad that you can have a peaceful and reflective day away from the snow (and with kitties!!!) since anniversaries like that can be so hard : ( Sending you the BIGGEST hugs!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
If I could offer a suggestion for above your bed, I would recommend that you print out a gallery wall of different-sized photographs in black-and-white of Charlie, and possibly the scenery that you have photographed. Then, paint colors on top of them that are in your room decor. The frames could be different colors also, matching everything you have in your room. All different shapes and sizes.
I just want to say I love your videos. I watch them every night before bed. Your voice is very soothing . I've watched them over and over. Hurry and make more 🤣. I'm 68 you inspire me.
Me and my daughter like to go for a walk in a local park and trail early Saturday mornings. It’s so beautiful and quiet except for the birds and squirrels. We hugs the trees and just enjoy the fresh air.
This was my fave video so far, but frankly it's hard to choose!! Little Charlie looked pretty happy in the town, maybe he'd like it there if you ever changed your mind Kate! I have a beach just down the road so that's a lovely place to chill here in England. TFS X
Thanks, Nell!!!!! Ooh ... a beach in England just up the road???!! See, now to an American, that sounds like you live near a Jane Austen novel, lolol! Persuasion is my fave! Have a wonderful weekend!!!!!!❤❤
9:15 I have that same tree behind where I live! I just snapped a picture, but I don’t know if I’m able to post it on here. It looked amazing with the full moon shining Tuesday evening 🌝
I simply love your videos! i’m always so excited when I see you have posted a new one. And they always seem to end much too quickly. Thank you for your time and effort you put in to them. They refresh my soul.🌷❤️🇨🇦
Dear Kate. 💕 As always, I get so excited when you have a new video! Your cottage looks so lovely! I love the pink dress you had on at the beginning of the video!💕Your bedroom is so inviting, peaceful, cozy, feminine, and with your pink wall and your plants, it's a great room to unwind and "just be ". I hope I'm not overstepping, but maybe invest in a good pair of gardening gloves? Especially when you are picking up old, sharp, rusted tools. Sticks can be pretty sharp as well. Bonita is a beautiful model, and your trip to Beacon looked like such fun, especially with Charlie walking and enjoying the sights! Kate, you're lovely, inside and out. 🌸🌷💕
Oh, i just adore you and your vlogs!! I live in central MA, so we're distant neighbors but share the same flora, fauna and seasons! Though i've never seen (or stepped on, thank God!) those Water Chestnut pods (aka: "Bat Nuts" (LOL), Devil Head or Devil Pod Seeds (aptly named!) around my area, I DID discover Gum Balls! They're the adorably spiky spheres (seed pods) from a Gum Tree. I just fell in love with them! I used the front part of my sweater as a collection basket and scooped up loads of them. I decided to string them into a garland (you'll need very strong needles and a pair of plyers to pull them thru) but I LOVE the end result! I know you would too. :) I can hardly wait to see how you transform your garden this Spring!!! Magical, no doubt!
Thank you, Aurelia!!! And what a cool idea to make a garland! You've inspired me to try and think if something crafty to do with those mean old seeds!!!!!! I mean, now that I know they're invasive, I guess me taking them for crafts is just fine : ) Have a wonderful weekend... I'm guessing you're getting some snow, too???❤❤
@@littlebohocottage Yes, definitely do something crafty OR, as yikes-looking as they are, you can actually EAT them. They're really good for you! Who knew? As they say, "never judge a book...". For snow, we're only getting a smidge but they're saying it's not gonna amount to much. I don't mind if it snows at this stage of the season, it's no longer intimidating cuz i know it's gonna melt in a day or so 😁. I'm ready for GREEN! I LOVE me some flowers but I really miss the leaves the most. Nothing better than sittin under an oak or maple tree on a windy day and listening to the leaves rustle and swish. Oh BLISS! Soon....soon! 💚🌳
It's so beautiful there.I remember upstate very well..Thank you for reminding me. The fingerlakes region is so good for me. The Earie Canal was in my back yard. I took swimming lessons in Lake Ontario.🌴🌞💫☮
LOL 😅 made me giggle...my little Ollie runs in circles around me , on his leash too...🐾😆♥️ love your stepping stone ! Do you have a washer and dryer combo? Or do you need to do laundry 🧺 somewhere else ? That is the only thing I disliked about having an apartment in my younger years. And would be a deal breaker for me, when I choose a tiny home. 😬☺️
Well being born in San Francisco California and now residing here I do go to Golden Gate park and Coit tower quite often an aquatic park in ocean beach that's how I get in touch with nature those are best spots to venture off for an adventure love your footage love Charlie your energy is positive and upbeat and glowing and I really really dig your content so thank you for sharing Out here in the northern bay area..XOXO ❤️
Still working on watching ALL your videos in order..... I live in Tioga County PA. And I drive to Letchworth State Park up toward Rochester every couple years. It has a beautiful gorge and river with three different falls.... During the week it's not usually busy with people. Also neat antique stores in Mt. Morris..... Your videos are SO calming....
Really beautiful video and nice shop in town! There’s a Hannaford coming to Hudson in the Fall. I found that they have the best prices on things like yogurt and raw nuts, etc. Prices are outrageous. I’ve been making things like my own yogurt & cottage cheese. Cooking from scratch, making recipes that extend ingredients and canning from the garden is the way to go. Reducing waste and composting help a lot. You should be able to get a composting bin that is animal proof from your municipality.
Hi Kate, I live in a remote place (on the edge of a small village). I love that I can drive to towns and visit cute shops but then go home to the peace and quiet - and I spend less money now! Have you considered oat milk? I buy it ready-made but I have seen a recipe that looked like it was quite simple to make. I started using it when I found out how much damage the almonds and soya growers do to the land. I really like it now and it seems to work quite well for mixing and using in recipes. Thank you for your lovely content it always gives me a lift and reminds me what a beautiful planet we live on ❤
Your cottage is so lovely. I love your floral style with the amazing colors you’ve painted the walls. Love your warm pink wall in the bedroom. Well done. Charlie is so cute prancing down the sidewalk.🥰
I live in Cincinnati and we have a lot of really nice parks around. Fortunately I have a large back yard and we turned half of it into a garden, so I tend to spend a lot of time back there. Beacon looks a lot like Hamilton, which is about 30 minutes from where I live. The downtown section has so many cute little stores! My fave is the Hip Boutique, a fabulous boho shop. There is a big pumpkin festival every fall, with tons of local vendors and crafters, the BEST pumpkin spice donuts ever, and around the center courtyard they have all these giant 800+ pound pumpkins that people carve. I go every year..it's so fun and you get a free pumpkin to take home with you. You'd love it. It's very small town feeling and everyone is so nice.
Water chestnut seed pod! Apparently highly invasive. Some call it a devil pod. Lovely video- I’m watching old ones tonight and trying to get over some anxiety. Your videos help so much! Thank you
Love your videos. Your aesthetic is something I enjoy. Love your nature pics & videos. Love the thrifting and decorating ideas too. Blessings lovely lady. Keep up the great work. You calm me so much with your videos. Blessings!
I love wearing dress, but only in the summer. I've been taking care of my daughter for some long months, she's been having lots of medical issues! I was excited to be home and excited to see you have posted a new video. Thank you!!
Loving your videos Kate! I totally get the needing to be in nature but also loving the energy of a town with thrift shops & coffee! Lol I love sitting with a coffee & people watching. Once I’m peopled out though, it’s good to get home to my own quiet space. Love from New Zealand ❤
I just found your channel this morning. The "thorny pod" that you have is from the Water Chestnut. I can hardly wait to binge your channel today. Thank you for the tour!
I have a Marimekko large piece of fabric from 1968 that was designed by Maija Isola. I picked it up at an estate sale. I have it framed and in my family room. The pattern is really beautiful and I highly recommend buying a Marimekko if you ever come across one.
So glad to see a video from you today, I watch on my TV so don't always comment. You did a wonderful job painting your bedroom & I agree with choosing another color for your bed would be nice. I also love the painting you have by your bed. The textile for the pillow will be perfect bringing you joy I'm sure. I too live in the bonnies & miss the shops in town so a visit is special. Thank you for bringing us peaceful content, I especially needed it today 💕.
Hey!! Not sure if anyone commented but that gorgeous white tree is a Sycamore Tree. It’s one of my favorites. Love your videos. I look forward to them!
My father has a home in Copper Habor Michigan right on Lake Superior. It is incredibly beautiful in all seasons. The experience of being there sets my heart free!
Love the thrift store in HydePark! I just bought another quilt there. Lol I moved to the area from NJ in 2021. Living out on a county road. On an Acre, with a barn.and I love it! The good thing about living out f town, is you can always go into town.
Haha ..that is so true! And I'm so glad you found another quilt! I think the little fabric section there was where I used to make my greatest scores! I might just have to prioritize making the hour drive now to come once a month! I love that place! Have a great weekend!❤❤
If you can't convince yourself that water tastes good enough in your smoothie, try making up a herbal infusion. I make a blood orange and ginger, or chai spice the night before and by morning it's cold enough to use. The spices just give you the warming, comforting, satiated feeling of milk, especially in cold weather. Mint tea, minus the sugar, in summer is more refreshing though.
Hello I believe so you live in peaceful area but also I love those beautiful small town is hard to find the right spot to have everything we want but you have the choice to enjoy it from doing your job thank you for bring us your videos have a beautiful weekend and your doggie is so cute 😊
Hi There thanks for this fascinating vlog your videos always inspire me to move to the country as l have always loved that lifestyle,And your gorgeous room looks absolutely beautiful l love the way you decorated it,Charlie looks so Happy walking around the little towns,Have a wonderful week 😊 🙂🐕🐕🐕🐕❤🌏🌏
Just want to tell you that I have only recently found you and have since watched every one of your videos. You are such a kind and gentle woman and you live very simply. It is such a joy to see you happy in your quiet life while the rest of the world rushes! I watch your videos with a cuppa and feel refreshed after! On a side note I have two unopened panels of the same curtains you have in your bedroom. I was going to donate them but you would be quite welcome to them if you like.
I absolutely adore watching your videos. It's now a Saturday morning tradition in bed with my hub and all our pets. You make us smile. Big hugs from Ireland ❤️

How interesting! Thanks for sharing!
So what?!
Just started watching this video and looked at the artist. One of her watercolors went for almost $4000. She’s a very well-known upstate New York artist and had her own gallery passed away in 2000.
Ahhh the window full of green Vaseline depression glassware!!! I die!! I collect it and love it so much.
3/13/23 I think it would look 👀 wonderful as a pillow case. And the green bed spread goes perfect with the wall color. I love orange too 🧡 but! I feel it wouldn't match with the wall color. Just saying. Blessings to u and ur fur child. 🙏🏽💜

My two girls live in the Hudson Valley and, in my opinion, the middle of nowhere is a beautiful place to be.

Everytime I watch your vids it makes me wanna take care of my old house and put some love in it like you do your cottage. You are such an inspiration.

I'm so glad you enjoy the videos!!!!!!! Your special spot sounds PERFECT. The sound of running water is so healing. Have a wonderful weekend!❤❤
Thanks for sharing "beautiful lady "
You are kind to everything in life.
And thanks for including Charlie in your videos. He is a darling dog to watch. 😍
The big tree with the "puzzle" bark is a Sycamore tree. It has several different shaped leaves..
Ukraine is the largest sunflower seed producer in the world, so the war is probably the reason your nut butter is so expensive. Gorgeous video as always, thank you for sharing💖
Aaaaaah ... that makes sense! I was wondering what in the world is happening with the price! Thank you so much : ) Have a wonderful weekend!❤❤
Thank you, karin!!!!!!! I hope that you have a wonderful and relaxing weekend : )❤❤
Be well! ❤️☃️❄️
The older I get I appreciate the quiet. I live in a very busy town and wish I could live where you do but as you say, each place has its advantages
I guess it's all about hitting the right balance for us as individuals. Not an easy thing to do sometimes!!!!!!!! Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
You are such of beautiful soul ...those around you should feel lucky!!
Your videos are such an awesome reminder to live in the moment! And little Charlie just warms my heart! How dare a mean old tick try to bite him!
Much love,
Kathy
@@littlebohocottage , I would love to “go with you “ on that antique mall trip!❤️
I have the best time on "outings"-- but it is the peace and quiet of nature that nourishes my soul and that I want to come back to 💗
Yes ... getting the best of both worlds is pretty awesome : ) Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Joy!❤❤❤❤
@@littlebohocottage You, too, my friend 💗💖😊
That's wonderful to be so close to a beautiful river. I hope you have some nice visits with it this weekend : ) 💜💜
I was thinking the same thing use it as a pillow it looked really good on the bed 🛏️
Great minds think alike ; ) Have a great weekend!❤❤❤❤
that fabric you loved, the manufacturer is Marimekko It is a Finnish company, here is more information about the fabric Marimekko Katsuji Wakisaka Karuselli
Love the colour of the wall!it turned out great. Love soft purples, mauve and periwinkle blue, and the frame suits that painting great!ha your dress matches to wall! Oh love that above the bed. Yea good as pillow too. Lol
Thanks, Cindy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great weekend!❤❤❤❤
Another lovely video. Your house just keeps getting more and more beautiful. I look forward to your videos- they make me happy!
Me too 😊
Aw, thank you, Deena!!!!!!!! Big hugs!!!!❤❤❤❤
@@amydayl3294 Thank you!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤
What a lovely environment to live in.
Sending biggest hugs back!
She does the same for me!
Hello there..happy Friday. I love your home,more& more.👍☮💫❣🌴🌞
Thank you!!!!! Have a great weekend!❤❤❤❤
Me and my daughter like to go for a walk in a local park and trail early Saturday mornings. It’s so beautiful and quiet except for the birds and squirrels. We hugs the trees and just enjoy the fresh air.
I like the color of the blue spread on the bed.It goes in contrast to the color of the wall.
@@littlebohocottage Pride and Prejudice is my fave!. Love your comment.
9:15 I have that same tree behind where I live! I just snapped a picture, but I don’t know if I’m able to post it on here. It looked amazing with the full moon shining Tuesday evening 🌝
Oh wow ... what a beautiful tree to have by your home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤
One side of the wood you found looked like ET. love your videos. Thanks!
Haha ... I have to go back and look!!!!!!!!!!! Have a great weekend!❤❤
Darling, your thrift store decor is fabulous! What a joyful expression of color, glamour and cozy comfort. 💐🎉🎭
I simply love your videos! i’m always so excited when I see you have posted a new one. And they always seem to end much too quickly. Thank you for your time and effort you put in to them. They refresh my soul.🌷❤️🇨🇦
Thank you for saying that, Margaret!!! I really appreciate it!!!!!!! I hope you have a wonderful weekend❤❤❤❤
your luminous asthetic reflects the beauty of your soul. Thank you!
That pink on your wall is one of my favorites! I like pairing it with a more yellow green, like olive green
I wish I had a beautiful forest and river that Was close to me to enjoy. But I am glad that you do so I can enjoy it through you
It's so beautiful there.I remember upstate very well..Thank you for reminding me. The fingerlakes region is so good for me. The Earie Canal was in my back yard. I took swimming lessons in Lake Ontario.🌴🌞💫☮
Ooh ... the finger lakes! So beautiful!!!!!!!❤❤
@@littlebohocottage Yes it is...
Oh, my goodness I would much prefer to live where you do with the option of driving to a town...bliss!
Foothill Parkway or Cades Cove in Tenn. I love the Smoky mts.❤
I love the way you enjoy life! Never stop!!
Thank you for your lovely content it always gives me a lift and reminds me what a beautiful planet we live on ❤
I enjoyed your video. Thank you. My sanctuary is my back yard. Such peace and joy!!
That sounds amazing! Actually, it sounds like it should be a scene in a movie! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!❤❤
Thank you for sharing your world. Really enjoyed the models. Awesome some coolest shops 😎 have a wonderful weekend.
I so enjoy your videos! Thru are so beautiful and peaceful! Thank you!
I think the tree was a sycamore.
I never knew I needed one until I saw that piece in the window!!!!! Glad you scored one!!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤
@@littlebohocottage You're vlogs are so relaxing, and I so appreciate you letting us accompany you and Charlie on your adventures.
Thank you : ) : ) I'm glad the video brought you a little peace today ... and I hope you find much more of it this weekend❤❤❤❤
Hey!! Not sure if anyone commented but that gorgeous white tree is a Sycamore Tree. It’s one of my favorites. Love your videos. I look forward to them!
Ah ha ... a sycamore! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤
Sycamore is my favorite winter tree, so glad that Kate found such a wonderful one!
Kate, if your ever in the area of Red Hook, try Poets’ Walk Park! It’s beautiful and over look the river!
All that I can think of right now is my own back yard where deer, bear and birds roam. Lol I live in Pennsy and like you am surrounded by nature. ❤
