Patrick went on and on about liking the hotel and living there he had very little possession, so I guess he had a lot of things in storage, b/c he now has a filled out his bookcase with lots of books.
She did tell him when they were sleeping on the air mattress and snuggling that if you ever ask me to move in with you, would say no...that was probably what a couple days ago.....He said something to her I think a couple days before this scene where he said he knows there’s nothing better than her, so why she’s surprise he wants to live with her? this is the first time he’s ever been in love. It’s a big deal for him..
The thing that confuses me is Patrick wants to make it our place for him and Robin, which it becomes. Then when he gets involved with Leila, he says “my apartment” but it’s not his apartment. Robin’s been living with him for most the time he’s been there.
@@sarahswomley2580 I always thought she moved in because all her stuff was there, and she even told him when they ended things that she would come back when he wasn’t there to get her things. She also had her place with Kelly and Lainey, But I guess she left there after her and Patrick started to be serious

She kept her apt after April died, and Kelly and Lainey turned her room into an office (but they could have easily changed it back), other than pre-Vegas, she never said our apartment, but I think they agreed as long as it was never "their" apartment, she stayed there. I think her things was when he was trying to get her to move back in with him. When she was pregnant, his place was larger, but they spent most nights at her place, but he said he had "squatters rights" when they were discussing a new couch. But he still had his place. Talk about commitment issues. Even after they were married, they were spending most of their time at her place. Maybe it was set issues and the larger apartment cost more to use on GH
@@rosanneperkins9516 Agreed, I love her, but many times I was on Patrick's side and he worked hard and made more concessions for her than she deserved (until after they married and he made the mistake of Lisa) then he had to work hard to earn her trust
I don’t consider moving in together settling down you’re not getting umarried. this is a big step for Patrick. I personally think Robin is the one that’s afraid and she doesn’t want to settle down...As much as I love the character of Robin, the writers wrote her so fearful of anything that she did not have control over. sadly most of life, we don’t have control over...🤔🤷♀️
She had no issues moving in with Jason in the cottage and helping to take care of Michael. She did live w/Brenda for a while but was over at the PH a lot. Maybe she could have expressed her fear of what happened when she lived w/Jason and how it ended and then he could have expressed his fear of believing he'd be a terrible father
@@sarahswomley2580 Well I’m not sure why he would’ve talked about his fear of being a bad father, since they weren’t talking about children at this time. I actually don’t think he thought he be a bad father until he found out Robin was pregnant. I think his whole thing was he didn’t want to settle down he wanted to be able to pick up and go when he wanted to, with Robin but just not a kid. But once Emma was born Patrick definitely became one of the best dads he pretty much raised Emma.
I adore Scrubs, butttt Robin is irking my nerves. She’s projecting her own insecurities onto this man and that is not cool. Ppl are allowed to change their mind and feel differently, she can NOT control everything!
I'm more than annoyed at the writers. Both are at fault many times in their relationship always "assuming", she assumes he's only asking her b/c he thinks that's what she wants, assuming she wants to be w/Nikolas, assuming he's not 1st in her life, the whole not wanting to be a daddy rested on assumptions, overheard conversations taken out of context, marriage proposal assuming that's not really what he wants, assuming or deciding he shouldn't be around to watch her die b/c Lisa messed w/her meds, assuming she wants a divorce b/c of PTSD. They already argued all the time on how patients should be treated in the hospital, they should have been able to find some common ground at home, especially before they were married
Patrick has changed so much and he's making a valid effort to be in a committed relationship even though he is scared! But Robin is the one who's really afraid, always picking fights and telling him how he feels to push him away. But I hear that young couples fight alotttt. Robin annoyed me when her and Patrick were dating, they were better when they got married.
I just love them so much.
I love these two. So sweet and fun. I even love it when they fight. As long as they make up in the end.

I don't think she ever officially moved in with him. She referred to it as his place but at some point she was staying over all the time
I wonder if he never took the apartment and continued to live at the MC how would that affect Lelya and Robin showing up?
