This is just an unreal rendition of this song. I have heard this many times but every time I hear this it is just impossible to believe she is only 12 years old here!

I think this is one of her best renditions of , It's a Man's World.
A masterpiece.
Just like other great singers, Angelina does not sing a particular song the same each time. This rendition had the acoustic band (guitar, bass, etc.) as compared with the Military band that accompanied her on her CD "It's Magic". I think each version has its special sounds and pace. This is a more personal performance in my opinion. Angelina features a lot more grit and sass in this version. Way to go Angelina!
I agree Philip, the version with the military band she "blasts" you out of your seat, but this jazz quartet version emphasizes finesse.

Actually, I think the first version of her singing live with a full military band behind her at age eleven is even better. She even shocked the conductor that time! Check it out also~
Her concert in Portsmouth was one of the high points of my 72 years in this world. I would see her again in a heartbeat. I'd love to hear her with this band, who accompanied her on her concerts in Norway last year.
This performance will always be regarded as a masterpiece.
She has the MOST talented muscians, whether in be a band or solo, accompaning her I have ever heard!!!! and of course she is the GREATEST singer around at any age!!!
How Angelinas voice sits on top of the instrumentation here is something a good sound engineer should be replicating in her concerts. Often the balance is out. She really needs a great music director in charge of her live performances in the US. In Norway she is respected and established amongst musicisns and venues.
She did this latter in the day, from the one with the military band, at a Jazz Festival.
Good song choice, but you need to see her live rendition of this one!
This was live...and the sound quality is better tha non the one with the Norwegian Armed Forces Band... it's great ! Just as good as the other one in my view.

Nick, great to have you back reacting to Angelina. We wish there was video for this amazing 2018 concert, which she opened with her version of Amy Winehouse's 'Rehab", that she changed to "School". Angelina first sang "It's a Man's World" at age 11 for her "It's Magic" album. The strength of her voice improved dramatically from the studio recording to the concert she gave to support that album at age 12 and then this concert later that summer of 2018. Angelina has told us she has written more than 100 songs and we have been blessed with 12 so far. Here is the list of her originals.
"What is Life" first sung at age 11. We don't know how old she was when she wrote each song. Age presented is her age when she first sang it.
"Oslo" age 11
"Shield" age 12
"Million Miles" age 14 we know she wrote this one in the days after her maternal grandfather passed in 2019 when she was 13
"7th Heaven" age 15
"Love Don't Let Me Go" age 17
"Now I'm the Fool" age 17
"Fire and Rain" age 17
"It's All My Fault" age 17
"Good in Goodbyes" age 17
"Diamond" age 17
"Our Time" age 17
Should include songs for which she was the first to sing
"I'm Still Holding Out for You" age 10 .... considered one of her best vocal performances by many
"Song for A" age 12
"Above the Water" a EDM song released near her 14th birthday
"We're the Best" sung with RedOne at the FIFA Awards Feburary 27, 2023

I guess as a musician its hard not to get inspired when you see what Angelina does with her vocals, creating this great guitar solo. Angelina will probably see this a lot in her life and I hope its not something that is suppressed but is eventually encouraged when she reaches her status plateau.

Please react to her Billie Jean remake, and her black and white studio session of I have nothing, her recent Whitney Houston cover. She also does a fantastic cover of this live at a jazz festival in Norway. She had to turn around and immediately sing the song again because of some technical difficulties with the television equipment on the first take.
Check out her remake into jazz of Michael Jackson's Billie Jean. It is a totally different song. And since I just adore Angelina, I believe it is a much better version. You will be amazed, I promise.

I don't agree.. the versions are quite similar but the sound quality actually better on this recording... and you get some great instrumental work particularly by Svein-Erik on guitar.. Nothing "wrong" about it
