My oppinion on the idiots trying to police you passing the cue is that they need to loose their drivers licence. There was no visible reason for that cue to drive at less than 45kph on a dual lane highway even in that winter condition.
In Poland we call them sheriffs. And everyone hates them. BUT arent everyone at fault here besides people driving on left lane. Why 99% of them using the right lane if the left lane is clear. Is there is some queuing system. What is this. Everyone waitng is line wtf, its not post office or line to some shop.
Isn't anyone going to talk about 9:13? It isn't even the clumsy right turn from the elderly person that is the biggest issue it is the insane overtaking on a fully drawn line and in a crosswalk.
One should always use every lane to their full extent before merging, it's more efficient. Besides, it's usually easiest to merge at the end of the lane (before stopping) because the other lane starts to accelerate there and the gaps between cars spread.

And just because you turn on your turn signal doesn't give you any right to just force your way into another motorist's path! That lane change was a dick move! Yea.. I guess you are right. In this situation I don't think I saw the signal as soon as he turned in on. The camera has a better view that I as a driver. :) So he didn't really let me react and give him space. It's still on him to make sure that he can do the lane change without danger. :)
@@volvodashcam I was in a similar situation myself in Göteborg except that I actually had to change the lane to be on the way to my destination. I indicated early, made an eye contact, picked the right speed and approached changing the lane but the guy did everything to cut me off. The guy behind him having seen the situation just let me in. I generally have had a great experience driving in Sweden, people are very kind and understanding, but because of that I must have assumed that everyone is like that and it was my mistake. Now, I'd often rather take the wrong route and blame it on my bad planning and picking the wrong lane than take an unnecessary risk, but also because of that event I sort of understand how the driver in the video must have felt at that moment :)

About going in to soon it may be because drivers only watch right side mirror and in many new cars they are extreme curved so it looks as you are hundreds of meters behind! Very bad design but possibly light and cheap instead of gradual or two mirrors? And you know as a Polestar owner that if the warning light don't tell you have a car beside then it's okey to turn into another lane by 90 degrees. ;D

@@volvodashcam Nej han hade ingen plats att byta efter som du släppte aldrig på gasen och gav honom plats trots att han gav tid för indikation. Sedan var det gäller återinträdet till vänsterfilen efteråt så är det inget man kan anta skulle ske tänker jag.
Jag kommer inte ihåg situationen då det var ett tag sen. Men det är ju inte säkert att jag såg att han började blinka direkt heller. Han bara förutsatte att efter ett par sekunders blink så kan han byta fil. Det var du som tog upp att han ev skulle behövt högerfilen efter cirkulationsplatsen, vilket han alltså inte behövde utan bytte tillbaka till vänster igen.

I don't get why people block both lanes even on 2+1 roads when there is a lot of traffic. You end up creating more problems than you solve as the stressed drivers who will try to pass you will become infuriated.
Jag tycker att den första reaktionen med taxin var lite överdriven, samma reaktion förekommer också i andra videos. Man måste inte svänga fram och tillbaka som att man precis blev omkörd av en Boeing 747 bara för att någon svänger in lite nära.

@Volvo Dashcam I know it is guest clip. Why is good traffic flow considered a stress? Cyclist is 20--30 meters away driving 10 km/h. You need 2 seconds to do a maneuver. Plenty of time before cyclist . Not to mention that cyclist do not have right way when crossing a crosswalk. And now there is queue of car behind person with camera and renault. If someone is not sure behind the wheel they should not drive a car. And remember that traffic blocking is also illegall. Now we cannot se from video the speed but if you had driven some time and I know you did you will see that he takes his time and drives really slow. But I think you missed my point. The point is why did he got all agressive when he was overtaken in legal way. Why does he suddenly accelerate, overtake and block other car. THAT is illegal. It is not me first disease it is I do not want to use much more time driving from A to B because of sunday drivers.... Trffic flow is the one thing they teach you in driver school. And because of snail driving some drivers do some overtaking but instead of getting butthurt you should meaybe consider to drive not so selfish and think that there are other people that want to go somewhere and drive faster or let other pass you. Think about motorway some drive 100 some 120 do people get butthurt because someone overtakes? No. But in city it is suddently a problem. Law applies everywhere. He said "wasn't my proudest moment" but he was pissed of the lack of respect for the rules and the risk that driver took by that stupid move. I still don't think that is worse than what the other driver did and The part I do not agree with you is around the cammers calm driving style before and that that was any reason at all to be stupid and undertake. The speed limit is also just a limit and it's not illegal to drive 30-35 km/h in a 40-zone.

@@irek9009 You are so wrong! He was absolutely not overtaken in a legal way. He was undertaken on a one lane road. Don't know where you got your license if you have one but there are so many things you seem to have totally missed about driving.
And of course it's not blocking traffic to have a seconds margin to a cyclist or someone using the crosswalk. That is just so stupid. You really have to learn the traffic rules if you are going to drive in Sweden.
@@volvodashcam Okay I will agree that it wasn't the best overtaking but you have to understand WHY he did it. It is really unnecessary to drive so slow. But the POINT IS that after this, the driver with camera does what he does. Don't you understand. Suddenly limit 40 does not apply, suddenly he goes much faster, suddenly it's okay to overtake and block another car. Are you effin blind. Please dont lecture me about driving or traffic rules. Open your eyes. It is really sad that you cannot see my point.
If you really do not see any faults in driving of guy with the camera you should maybe look again.
@@irek9009 Both me and the driver himself are totally aware that his actions after when he catched up to the other driver wasn't nice. He said "wasn't my proudest moment" but he was pissed of the lack of respect for the rules and the risk that driver took by that stupid move.
I still don't think that is worse than what the other driver did and The part I do not agree with you is around the cammers calm driving style before and that that was any reason at all to be stupid and undertake. The speed limit is also just a limit and it's not illegal to drive 30-35 km/h in a 40-zone.
