If you ever feel like it, a short video on what to tweak on your awesome FREE PRESETS , when switchiing to , say a LP as opposed to your Strat. I have a Strat and your last 2 vids sound great with a Strat but not as with my LP which I play most of the time. All the same it's really not important, I just don't really understand the different parameters very well . That's why I use your presets almost exclusively , THEY ROCK and again are FREE !!!!! 😄🙃 Thanks as ALWAYS!!!!
Yeah i usually say that , guitars, speakers , cables all make a difference with presets . For me the basics will be in the EQ . So either add an EQ block after the cab or at the end of the chain usually a cali graphic is good and tweak from there .
Sounds epic. The brightness of the Plexi seems to pair perfectly with the darkness of the Moo)))n Cab. I was wondering how to best use that Cab. Going to give it a go on my HX Stomp. Thanks
It does sound aggRRRRessive as a plexy is supposed to be. Cool stuff (plexy for clean to roaring rhythm + Cali IV Lead for juicing soloes is my recipe for happiness 😂)

You mentioned a couple times you use the 212 powercab plus live…does that give you that, I don’t know, thump, amp in the room thing? Been looking at the 112 but definitely want that huge sound that I know the Helix provides with the right setup. I have a Laney VH100R that I’ve tried the 4CM with but doesn’t seem to quite work so looking for other options.
For me the powercab 212 is perfect, I know some people have tried a 2x12 and didn’t like it . I have used a Marshall cab 4x12 in the past with a Seymour Duncan powerstage 170 , and that was epic .. I use the powercab as FRFR and not the onboard speaker models , that is what works for me .

It could be a number of things mate , how you’re listening to it ,eg - what speakers , headphones , quality of leads , is something turned off in the preset “ like the cab “ .
