D. GOVERNMENT SERVICE DETAILS:
1. Late Likha Yach Debia was an APCS cadre who served as an Executive Magistrate cum Circle Officer under Govt of Arunachal Pradesh who served at Seppa, Papum Pare & in Itanagar Capital Complex and her last posting place was at Bandardewa Circle, District Papum Pare, Arunachal Pradesh.
2. Earlier Late Likha Yach Debia had served as Legal Metrology Officer who received Gold Medals two times of State Awards, she 1st received through Union Home Minister of India and 2nd through Union Defense Minister of India.
E. AWARD AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Received Bharat Excellence Award in 2015 through Chief Election Commissioner, Govt. of India at Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
2. Received a prestigious recognitions of North Eastern Golden Personality Awards 2015 through His Excellency Governor of Sikkim.
3. Received Memento from Shri Tapang Talo Ex. Education Minister, A.P
4. Received Memento from Rev. Dr. Changha Chippo for outstanding records in her ministerial testimonial life.
F. OTHER CREDENTIALS:
1. Served as Radio Artist in All India Radio Group-B Artist
2. Served as singer in DD TV.
3. She was a renowned Singer, artist and Lyrics who composed more than 90 songs
4. She had produced many gospel song cassettes or albums.
5. She served as President of Women Department of NBCC
6. She was an active women leader in Lord’s Ministry.
7. She use to give counseling and guidance to the poor, needy, broken hearted, especially the destitutes.
8. She was one of very strong lady Govt. officer from Nyishi community.
G. BRIEF DETAILS OF HER LAST JOURNEY:
1. She breathed last in New Delhi on 17th August 2018 at 4.00pm at Shukmoni Hospital, Safdarjung, New Delhi.
2. Earlier, she had undergone series of vigorous medical treatment at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute for quite long period where she finally surrendered.
3. Previously, she also had undergone some medical treatment in Apollo, New Delhi and in some hospitals as well.
FEW WORDS OF GRATITUDES AND APPRECIATIONS:
We give thanks to our HCM shri Pema Khandu ji for asking his OSD Sri Lham Tashi ji to provide all necessary assistance and book the flight tickets for the family members travelling back home. And accordingly, the OSD has booked the flight tickets for six(06) members accompanying with the mortal remains of late Mrs. Likha Yach Debia.
We also give special thanks to Mrs. Joram Reena Rijiju for personally visited her in the hospital with the staffs from MoS (Home). She even asked us for the list of the members accompanying with the deceased for the booking of the flight tickets from her end.
We are happy and feel proud to see our leaders make us feel proud by their timely supports and assistance and their presence among us even in the moments of such situations who readily offered their voluntary services.
We are very much thankful to all the Officers from Arunachal Bhawan, New Delhi, Govt.of Arunachal Pradesh like Shri Sangeet Dubey (DRC), Mrs. Jigme Choden (DRC), Shri Marto Bagra (DRC) and all the Medical Coordinators for their kind presence and their assistances provided.
We also give thanks to all our members of Arunachal Christian Fellowship Delhi(ACFD) for constantly giving all kinds of assistances,supports and prayers to late LYD and to her family.

Her mortal remains will be sent back home tommorrow early morning at 5.30 am by Indigo.
Our NBCC may kindly receive her mortal remains at the Naharlagun helipad tommorrow.
