Ten is Thai so that’s his first language but he learned English in school as his second language. He also speaks Chinese and Korean because he is in the Chinese subunit of NCT called WayV. He has 4 solo songs that you should definitely check out and all are in English. In order of release they are: Dream in a Dream, New Heroes, Paint Me Naked, and now Birthday. He also has a bunch of dance videos either of his own choreography, freestyle, or collaborations.

This man speaks 4 languages fluently, Thai, English, Korean and Chinese. He studied in British international school in Thailand, that's why he speaks English fluently.
Fyi: He's currently learning Japanese.
I would assume his body control owes to being in gymnastics early in life and having had some bboy training. He's also extremely flexible... as it's been said; Ten is 100% talent and zero bones. 😄
Yes he used to be gymnast when he was young.

Choreography by Bada Lee x Jrick who both worked with Ten because as Bada Lee said only Ten can do this choreo.
As you may know, Ten just recently was a dance mentor and judge on a Chinese dance competition show Great Dance Crew for several months in China, which is where "Birthday" and a short version of this dance was first performed more than 6 months ago.
And yes, this dance was, at least in part, choreographed by him. Ten is often the one that creates or modifies the most memorable and dynamic parts of NCT/WayV's dances that he is a part of. Most choreographers say they present Ten with choreography and then he changes it and makes it even better. He is a very skilled choreographer as well, which, as I think you know, he has shown off in several self-choreographed performances on NCT's RUclips channels and as a member of SuperM, etc. (Which I think explains a little of his skill level.)
If you check out his 'Birthday' dance practice behind the scenes video, his behind the scenes of his MV shoot and the behind the scenes of recording the song, you can see just how involved he was with this whole project.
Ten actually competed in B-boy competitions when he was younger, so, as you can see, he incorporated a lot of B-boy moves in this choreography. You can hear him talk about it in his behind the scenes videos and in interviews he has done for this project. And he also has a background in gymnastics. Ten is actually known for being one of the most flexible male idols in the Kpop industry, and there are even compilation videos showing Ten flexing his flexibility and WinWin and Ten competing to see who is more flexible, etc. (WinWin has trained in traditional Chinese dance since he was young and is super flexible as well.)
As you may have realized, all of Ten's solo songs -- "Dream in a Dream," "New Heroes," "Paint Me Naked" and "Birthday" -- are in English because Ten is fluent in English. (At this point, it would be more surprising if it wasn't in English. ;D) He grew up attending an international school in Thailand run by British educators, so he spoke English in school. He is native Thai, however, he is fluent in 4 languages -- Thai, English, Korean and Mandarin, and he is currently learning Japanese.
If you remember, he first debuted as an original member of NCT-U in the "7th Sense" as a main dancer and a rapper, but by virtue of the fact that he is an SM artist, it shouldn't be a surprise that he is also an outstanding vocalist. LOL. That's just what SM artists are known for. That's why SM is the vocal powerhouse of the industry because everyone under SM has superior singing abilities.
Ten is the NCT member with the most solo projects because, as I think you know, he is one of SM's and the industry's top dancers and he is an amazing singer and performer, so SM likes to showcase all his impressive skills. Ten is one of the most talented and skilled artists in Kpop. And yet, not enough people pay attention to him.

I've said it before and It'll say it again Ten is a dancer dancer. He has his own colour his own style he's one of a kind facts. Ten Dream within a dream x New Heroes live is bomb.
What's makes me more amazed by Ten is the fact that he ever had injuries and surgery on his knee and he still dance so well after that :')

All of Ten's solo songs are in English (Dream In a Dream, New Heroes, Paint Me Naked, Birthday) but presumably Thai was his first language with English secondary because he did go to International school.

Ten mentioned that this is his 1st dark song since his other songs are light and airy but he likes this RnB. He asked if he can get nasty on a verse and the recording producer said yes and yes that is Ten’s voice. He also said that this song is his love for us, called it Deep Ten and that he hopes we like it. He may have had other choreographers but this is Ten’s signature ♥️ moves (b-boy, gymnastics, ballet, freestyle etc). He strives towards perfection, has a strong core, reminds me of the flow of liquid, has mad precision, control and works really hard at everything he does. I would go on but then it will turn into a book. Forever ♾ Ten🫰*

Surprise surprise Ten was involved in the styling for this mv like he was for Paint Me naked and he actually received this song the same time he did PMN but he said he wasn't feeling it at that time so he focused more on PMN which was something different for him because as you know NCT and especially WayV be making some hoe anthems 😂 so PMN was different but it was also who Ten felt like at that time well this young man felt like he was ready to put that sauce on Birthday and he did and he again got asked to be hands on with the styling as well as the set up for the mv and he delivered because Ten is art and he makes art out of anything he touches so here we have it. Man I'm only watching reactions to this with a few people because between crying over Jin's solo song and crying for a different reason over Ten I am tired 😂. Great reaction as always 💜.
