Hi. Just wanted to say that everything is related to her management and company. She have over the past years expressed many times she wanted to do more as herself like others, but was restricted by the company. Although very famous, she was never alaowe3to explore as an artist. Kpop companies and entertainment industry are very shady and controlling. The only reason they have given her a solo is she could renew her contract with them although they gave her the bare minimum for years and she wanted to leave. All in all, late is better than nothing
she had a huge scandal which made sm keep her a bit you know secluded to avoid anything else and also the other red velvet girls did their solo thing before her ..... but i think sm should have done it earlier but i'm happy with this release
