I thought running in the heat was a bit risky for a ginger. But remaining so white without signs of sunburn indicates he must have took skin safety precautions. Or maybe he was moving too fast? Is that a thing? Perhaps scientists can look into it. 😂
Why didn't I know about this remarkable man until yesterday?!. Here is a guy that instead of wasting his life drinking and doing drugs or crime, he has obviously mastered his body and mind and done something very few people of his age can boast about. I also imagine he has inspired a generation of young people, both in the UK and in Africa, to try and do better, to achieve their personal best. He damn well deserves a place in the history books. Well done Russ!.

Oh that is so nice that people in Africa were paying attention. There are so many negative things going on in the world right now so it is good to see that human beings can be inspirational and do good things. Peace. ✌️
I cannot name a human physical achievement greater than this, at least in terms of endurance. He - and the team - belong in the history books. A really admirable and inspiring achievement. Well bloody done, lads!
It is very impressive. Some of the top marathon runners do however run even more weekly kilometers and at a higher pace than him for training. Of course they run on better tracks though, with better diet and not through the Sahara. So yeah, this Africa run is mad impressive.
@@minemilx2702 They simply dont.... try to look up some of their training regimes and tell me any of them who run 320km EVERY week? Please dont spread nonsense.
@@Queiden Oh geez, he did 320 km a week? I thought he did like 250 which is the same as marathoners. Then I retract my statement:). And also the one guy saying kelvin kiptum was right. Very sad he's dead now.

A ginger, fair skin, spending over a year running through Hot Africa and still white and no tan. Very impressive.

He’s been on Good Morning Britain lots of times during this feat.

Kind of hard to cover a whole year of news. Makes sense to cover the end

The crazy thing is, he's only 28 or 29 and he's already ran from Asia to London.
He documented it all on his channel
Great effort, but he is not the first person to run the length of Africa - it has been done before.
Main goal of mainstream media is to divide people.
