Hey i have a recipe for you. Half jalapeno diced throw in skillet. While its cokkjng in olive oil. Chop up summer squash throw in stir, zucchini chop throw in and stir, sausage or meat then cook a couple minutes to brown, next i put in the crab meat like in sushi. Cook for about a minute. Fresh chopped cilantro and stir. Lastly i add lemon juice and lime and seasoning. Fideo is favorite one but other may work. Lastly. Cumin stir real good. Heat is a on high until meat is browned then down halfway. Makes two good servings. And it your dog will enjoy the squash.
If you are still in La Paz and need any help with boat maintenance I suggest you go to Marina Don Jose which is next door to Club Cruseros and ask for Doomsday Bob or Gabriel. Best people ever! I bought a Wooden Falmouth Cutter 30 footer in La Paz last year and those dudes helped me a great deal getting my new to me boat ready for the Baja Bash horth to my home port in Marina Del Rey.
Good Nz morning. Usual story. I've just discovered your channel and like it. Will subscribe as soon as I finish typing. Love the Wharram Cats. No they're not pretty, but they're practical. Would have loved to have met James Wharram when he was last here in New Zealand before he passed away. Can you tell me more about your Cat. Is that the Tangaroa design? Have you read James earlier book, "Two Girls, Two Catamarans....??" Sorry I won't pester you with anymore questions. Well, maybe one more. Lol. Any thoughts on eventually making your way down here to NZ.? Looking forward to further episodes. Take care and thank you for sharing.
Thank you! KIKAPU is a Narai that was built in Scotland in 1982. I bought her about 2 years ago for $1 in the San Francisco Bay. I spent a year and a half fixing her up and have since been sailing down the West Coast! I'm just now looking at potentially crossing the Pacific, but I still have some pretty major bulkhead repairs to do first. I'd love to eventually go to NZ, but due to pet restrictions, I may not be able to.
@@shesailssolo thank you for your response. As long as your dog is up to date with normal injections, and have certification to prove it, you should be ok. No I'm not an inspector, and neither a vet, but Parvo Virus is a biggie to deal with. Anyway, plenty of time to deal with that. Take care and all the very best.

You don’t have a copy of “The Boat Galley” cookbook? If you find yourself in a place where you can receive mail let me know. I’ll send one.
I don't! And I'll definitely keep that in mind. I'll be needed to figure out mailing once I get settled north for the hurricane season
