In the manhwa there was still a prisoner alive after Sung Jin woo’s fight, so Sung took him to the boss and had the boss kill him. They probably didn’t put it in the anime because it was too dark.
To correct you if I am right about this. Its because the anime is adapting the light novel, and the LN likely didnt have that so thats why. Just like how the cerberus fight didnt have Sung spinning its head like the manwha did.

Then Jin-Woo gagged his mouth, dragged him by the ankles, and threw him to the goblins who ripped/ate him to death. LN seemed to explain the scene more brutally and also mentioned that the prisoner pissed himself + his eyes turned red as the veins in his eyeballs popped out. Also, obviously "assaulted" = safe way to say the r word. The LN uses the r word (idk if RUclips censors comments so didn't use it).

Joohee healing failed because she was scared and her PTSD kicked in, if you remember the D-rank dungeon break, that was the same breaking sound when she failed then, it wasn’t her running out of mana.
As far as Hunters go, Johee is just as useful as Episode 1 Sung Jinwoo since she doesn't even have any fighting capabilities. And due to her personality (like her mom saying that she's just a burden towards others) her magic isn't that much reliable. Add that to the PTSD from the Double Dungeon, she's barely functioning as a healer at this point.
Yes, they didn't explain it in the anime, but the magician's psychological condition affects the power of his magic, and using too much magic can have serious physical consequences, like the 2nd ep where she was bleeding trying to heal Jinwoo.

iirc, Joohee didn’t run out of mana, her performance issues are (mostly) stemming from not being “over” almost dying back then. Like, from the beginning she was sandbagging because performing under pressure makes her crack, but even then, she was healing Jin-Woo near every time (to the point that she overclocked herself trying to regenerate his leg). Since then, like in that dungeon break Jin-Woo helped stop, pressure makes her crack even easier, to the point that she can’t cast past a certain point. … I think.
I read the manhwa and the LN years ago, I can't remember most details, all I remember is there are more epic fights to come. Hope they animate more seasons.

There would be no reason why they would question him, being from the hunter association. Maybe Jin Woo would question it somewhat but it wouldn't amount to much because there would be no evidence. It's actually in favor of the assassin. He was supposed to keep them in check by himself but if the inmates thought they could collab and take him on, that's a much more believable story.
