Nobody muted Terry. It's a problem with Skype. The newsfeed holds primary bandwidth which in turn assigns Terry's Skype as a less important secondary stream. So when Don starts talking it forces his data through, causing a lag in Terry's stream and while Terry's side is outputting Don's response, it's having trouble processing both input and output at the same time. It is a very common streaming problem

He's on his connection in the middle of where the hell he lives, it happens now a lot more because of the fact that everybody's out of the studio doing interviews in studio. Even then, it’s a poor argument on his part. BLM and the black lives lost by other black people. So BLM only when (very rarely) a white officer kills a black criminal (the dude had a huge criminal record) but not when that black girl got killed or when those black children to teenagers were killed by other black people. If black lives matter is true to all black lives matter then they would have addressed the issue of black on black violence and not dismiss it as “this isn’t what the movement was about.” Or this tool saying “it’s like saying cancer matters but what about HIV”. Don Lemon is not even a good journalist; the first time BLM movement started was during the Trayvon Martin incident. Zimmerman who the media claimed to be white shot and killed Trayvon who was black. Zimmerman was not a cop so it wasn't because of police brutality that the movement started, and he isn't even white or a racist like the media claimed, Zimmerman is of mixed race, he is half black.

Was Don asked by CNN to turn the mic off on Terry Crews or was it his personal decision? Seems wrong to me.
Nobody muted Terry. It's a problem with Skype. The newsfeed holds primary bandwidth which in turn assigns Terry's Skype as a less important secondary stream. So when Don starts talking it forces his data through, causing a lag in Terry's stream and while Terry's side is outputting Don's response, it's having trouble processing both input and output at the same time.
It is a very common streaming problem

Yes bitrate throughput (KB/Sec) reduction cuts audio before visual in all video streaming softwares.Which is why the video got choppy as the audio did too.
CNN is very well known to cut their guest off if they dont like what they are saying to give the host a chance to take over. They have had some issues in the past where a guest flat out took over because CNN was caught lying and they try their best to keep that from coming out any more.
