  • Lots of people I coach are extraordinarily busy with work, kids and trying to balance their health goals amongst all of that.
A key focus of my coaching program is to help these people find solutions to close the gap between where they are now, and the goal they are pursuing.
Meal prep is still something I personally use and encourage clients to do, but alongside that, I also arm them with options they can get "on the go" from food outlets and grocery stores.
The purpose of this is to ensure there are multiple options available to the client, with high levels of convenience, so they never feel lost and without a road map forwards.
    Here is an example:
If you were to find yourself without a nutritious meal, head into a grocery store and select some pre-cooked chicken breast, a green leafy salad and some fruit.
At the very least, you are meeting basic needs including protein, fiber and micronutrition. In the event a higher carb option is required based on your individual needs, using things like rice cakes to quickly access carbohydrates is perfectly fine.
I want you to understand that building a body you are proud of and KEEPING IT long-term, requires a range of solutions so you are less likely to make bad decisions.
This is how we evolve from the short-term transformation mindset to the long-term, lifestyle mindset that actually helps you keep the results you want forever.

Rule No. 5: Drink water BEFORE and AFTER your meal. Staying hydrated will help you stay focused and on track, and can help you feel fuller to prevent overeating.
