Thank you for your channel and your many objective and sensible recommendations including what to avoid. I bought the gun and just starting to use it. Can you provide a video sometime on using the gun for shoulder and neck pain? These areas have many bone areas and the tool cautions against using on boney areas. Intensity and duration suggestions would be helpful including if we need to slowly build to higher levels. Living alone, it is also sometimes be challenging to use by myself in these areas but I would guess you have some great suggestions. Thank you again for all you are doing to help us.
