15:10 Yes! I recently purchased a good heart rate monitor (the watch type would crap out when riding, maybe the vibration?) And what I noticed immediately was that my HR got up near max in like 6 minutes of riding, and stayed there for another 10 mins or so until the 15+ minute session at the local track timed out. While I was not pushing real hard, I was at a steady pace. I would have never guessed my HR. I am older, so the HR is not very high, but compared to a hard session on the elliptical at the gym, where I am pushing hard for about 30 mins, my HR gradually increases over 20-25 mins to near max, but never reaching as high as on the track. Its crazy how hard the bike works you, and you don't even realize because its so fun!! BTW, don't worry about the haters, just block them.
