Enjoyed that, thanks Anish. I've never asked that question as a hiring manager - I fully expect everyone that's any good to have a lot of interest from other companies. And I think it's important to sell the job & the company (and yourself) to the candidate. You've gotta give them a reason to want to join you over another company.
