All differences i noticed was peters chromatic has changed, Cleveland starts to sing more in 1:06, 1:41, they added vocals in 2:09, the instrumental has extended in 3:17, they updated stewie and quagmires part in 3:31 and we finally get to listen to the new instrumental in 4:03
