    There are people who when you improve your self efficacy want to take you down. I couldn't find my internal locus of control until I got away from them.

    Hey man your book looks awesome, does it include pictures and graphs or is it just text?
    Amazon’s preview only shows table of contents and sources.
    It’s looks like something that would be a great refresher, although I’m a heavily visual learner.

      It's mostly text with just a few simple images. I wanted to avoid the textbook style of lots of images and cartoons that can be distractions from the explanations. With that in mind I do also recommend doing some image searches online for things that are harder to visualize or where you can find things like interactive 3D brain models that can't be shown in a book.
