found this cool quote while editing the video, thought it was spot on. A ship is called ‘she’ because there is always a great deal of bustle around her, there is usually a gang of men about, she has a waist and it takes a lot of paint to keep her looking good!! It is not the initial expense that breaks you, it’s the up keep. She can be all decked out but it takes an experienced man to handle her correctly and without him at the helm she is absolutely uncontrollable. She shows her topsides, hides her bottom, and, coming into port she always heads for the buoys..... couldn't find who originally quoted it his but I hope you enjoy.

I use ds servos fairly cheap I use a 25kg in my bj 29" v3 and mtc Vietnam jaguar and a 30kg in my tfl cheetah.Metal gears, brass i believe not the best but for like 23-25$ cant go wrong. Amazon has them.

First esc, than servo... Small one runs nice. Think larger df needs longer fins or rudder..

I think they refer to boats as women because they're expensive, get wet when you play with them often have some seamen aboard. Lol but I hate batteries for this hobby, I haven't had good luck with any, every brand I've tried has puffed on me, never in use though which is odd but anyway, Happy Birthday man!

I know what you mean brother I'm on a budget my self. I've got 3 kids 12 9 & 5months. I can't afford top end electronics either. I have the worst luck with servos I absolutely hate buying servos & the good quality ones are way out of my price range.

Hey brother something I see a lot of back and forth on is cooling. For instance dual pick up rudders and a 4 pickup like RCBB sales online. Fitting inner diameters versus different water line sizes. Is ideal water cooling more water equals cooler running boat electronics? Or does the faster the water travels help cool the electronics quicker?
Quick flow. High volume quick flow is ideal. Get the water thru your electronics as fast as possible..
