The author wasn't shy in depicting pain and suffering. The scenes are graphic. If you are in a mental space where it will not affect you go for it. I feel like it got all the tw that could ever exist. Also please don't start, thinking that if it gets hard I'll leave it because trust me you won't be able to and I don't want this book harming anyone.
