    17 years i the league and still such explosiveness? I don't think ppl realize how incredibly rare something like this is to see with that much mileage on our body

    His injury is such a shame especially since he was playing some of the best basketball of his career last season, which is unbelievable when you think about it.

    When he retires they should retire both 8 and 24, because he's earned two numbers. G.O.A.T. Respect to Brooklyn for showing it themselves on that obscenely beautiful poster.

    • @emjay1249
      @emjay1249 9 лет назад

      With both numbers he's put on a HoF like Career. I agree they should retire. That would be an extra honor cuz kobe is the greatest laker too

      yes kobe is but jerry west is the 2nd he had 9 finals appearances i think

    • @ogloc4478
      @ogloc4478 9 лет назад

      Too bad the celtics dominated that era that saw almost no talent elsewhere. West made the finals all those times but lost every one to the celtics and only got 1 championship.

      as a player he did but if you count the one he won as a general manager then he has multiple!

    honestly i have never been a laker fan and probably never will (not celtics either) but my admiration for this guy has skyrocketed over the years. If not for MJ he'd be the GOAT in my book

    He did all that at the age of 34 with 17 years in the nba that shows how gifted he is. Hope takes his time coming back

    I aint too crazy about koby. I do acknowledge the fact he is probably the greatest to play in the NBA. But what really gets at me is how many fans he has. I ain't even a huge Kobe fan but I will admit this dude has fans in every stadium in every state and every city. Everywhere he goes the crowds show him nothing but love. I'm about 25 years old and to be honest, I haven't seen another player in the NBA or in any other sport who has more fans then Kobe. The dude is a modern legend.

    I'd have ranked him lower with his injury and all. But it's a floating ranking at this point, we need to see how he is when he returns.

    vince carter, when he was 34 he could do a 360 one handed and a windmill. He still can, and he is 36 now.

    Its interesting, of all players in the NBA I think Kobe gets more props away from home. I aint a huge Lakers fan or Kobe fan but I do notice that when he dunks or does some crazy shit, the opposing teams crowd always goes nuts, that's a true sign of a true legend. someone who can make a crowd go absolutely wild, even when they are 4000 miles away from home.
