Thank you to Sergeant James Fox and every other veteran for their service to this country! If you liked this video make sure and SHARE It!! It definitely helps A LOT!
Thank you Scott for giving this vet an awesome time and to aftco as well thank you. Does aftco give a veterans discount when purchasing products from them. Just curious because I tend to buy from companies that do
Glad you're doing this Scott. Honoring our vets is very important, showing them that they are very important to our country, and our freedom. Thank you for your service to our country Sergeant Fox. EVERY veteran is a hero.
As a Vietnam Veteran (1963-19730) I salute you Scott Martin for your recognition of this fine Army Sergeant! Just wish those that were from Vietnam had been recognized in the same manner years ago, but hey that’s water under the bridge! Thank you Sgt. Fox for your service and another big congrats on finishing Airborne School one of the toughies for sure.
Hey Brandon ;)...and Scott!. Scott, you are a great man! You have the best personality. So humble and helping :)... Keep up the good work to you, Billy, and Brandon!!
Scott, great video. I'm a 9 year Army Veteran and couldn't have been happier to see you fish with this NCO. Always enjoy your videos and wish y'all all the best!!
my Son has been in the Navy for 12 years now, i remember the days we fished. he coming to spend 1 month with me in vegas from guam. I wish I had a boat to take him onlakemead, but we will resort to the banks. I love your video ,taking out 1 of our military men to fish, God bless you.
Thanks to all the man and woman that serve the best country in the world!!! Scott you're great man! continue to be a great fisherman and never stop fishing 😎
What a great deal. Awesome video. Thanks Scott for recognizing the men and women that protect us and fight for us and our freedom. This is a great deal. Thanks Scott and Brandon for this video
hahaha Scott this is so great because this guy fishes like the majority of us... He has no idea what the fish are doing, can't keep them from wrapping him up,, doesn't see them eat the bait... Me and everyone I fish with is exactly like this guy...lol Gotta love it and you are so right for fishing with this man. Thank you for doing this Scott. Thank you for your service Sergeant james Fox. Love Cumberland.. Kentucky is a great state for Bass fishing and Crappie fishing.. once upon a time thre were stripers in Dale Hollow....think they are gone now.
Hey Scott, I served with 1/187th RAKASANNS. I was in the Enduring Iraqi Freedom OIF IV. Thank you for your support Scott. I grew up watching your father fishing and winning tournaments.
That’s awesome. I just got to participate in the Warriors on the Water competition on Friday. It’s always nice to see you guys take us out for a day of learning and fun. Thank you Mr. Martin for doing what you do.
I don't know what rods his winning guest was using, but at least one of his Lew's reels was plenty decent enough. The low profile one. But I don't know why he chose their larger round reel to use for spinner baits. That reel is made primarily for using live bait.....thus the bait-runner/clicker. That reel would be just fine for stripers, cat fish, even live shiners for really big bass. MANY professional trophy bass guides here in Florida use those round reels with bait clicker when using live wild shiners for huge trophy bass TODAY. The lower gear ratio actually makes it easier for their guests ( especially women who don't fish much ) to reel in a monster bass. Lower gear ratios also work better on huge swimbaits & large deep-diving crankbaits. You ever try a large deep-diving crankbait on a fast reel with 7:1 or 8:1 gears? Trust me, your forearms will be on fire in no time. ( I'm a bass fishing addict since 1969, and I fish today, more than ever. ) And just because they aren't as expensive does NOT mean they are "junk". Those round reels by Lew's, Shimano, Abu Garcia, are VERY DURABLE as well. So don't knock his reels, because they are rather "economic versions", and the fact he chose to use a bait-running round reel for spinner baits. Look, ALL 9 of my reels are divided among 3 models of hi-end Lew's: The Pro-G, the Super Duty, and the BB1 Pro, so I DO know high quality reels. But just because a reel doesn't cost that much, doesn't mean it won't work WELL for bass fishing. Consider a lot of guys may be the only bread-winner with a stay at home wife, raising their children. Those guys simply CAN'T AFFORD to buy "$150 to $300 reels". I know, because I've been there myself earlier in life. But even then, I still used GOOD reels that simply didn't cost as much. There is a big difference between "off-brand" JUNK sold at Walmart vs the quality LOWER-PRICED reels that man was using MADE BY LEW'S.
20 year vet as of 31 May here. Thanks Scott and AFTCO for a great opportunity for a brother in arms. Keep up the great work and keep the videos coming, they are the best!
