One of the best videos I have seen from Colombia, usually americans like to go safe and they only tour Medellin and perhaps Cartagena but the real colombian culture is in the small towns, definitely worth experiencing, it's like a travel back in time!
Colombia is amazing. I made it my home 4 years ago. The Colombian people are some of the kindest people I have ever met. I wake up every day feeling blessed to be here.
The animals in South America are so rare and special! Naick can still laugh while riding a hang glider, so brave! Colombia is so beautiful, and the boulders of Guatape are so spectacular! I am very happy to see the video about Colombia, and I hope to travel there one day! Thanks a lot for sharing, really great job! 👍🥰🙏
The more you know about that country, the more you get in love with it... a real paradise to live and take care of. And the way you see it is the way foreign tourist should visit those places: with respect and care. Nice videos btw!!
I’m a bit late tuning in, have been saving your video to watch when I could savor over it. The end said it all. With travel we love experiencing the beautiful vistas and even the food, but in the end it’s the experiences with the people that linger in our memories. Kim talking to the turtle & Naick greeting the cows asking about their family-that’s the gentle humor I love. And thank you for being Good Samaritans to the man along your way. Blessings on the next leg of your journey!
Fantastic video, guys! You really captured the vibes of the places you visited. I really love how you blend in with the locals wherever you go. Great job on this one. I hope your shoulder feels better soon, Kim.
Beautiful video, thank you for showing the world how amazing Colombia is! I'm new in this channel and Imm loving your content , I can see that you guys are great people!!!
Dear Naick and Kim you are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!, You are totally the best, it was sooooo good to watch Thank you for this video travelling through Colombia ,it was Totally Amazing❤️💓
I just started watching your travels. So fun to watch your adventurous spirits....casting your fate to the wind. I lived in Holland for a year and a half in my 20's so really enjoy your accents. I am now 75 and have aspirations to retire in Vilcabamba, Equador. It is great to be able to live vicariously though your travels through other parts of South America......and those scary roads! A valuable service, sharing your joy and trust in the universe. Rock on!❤
what a beautiful destination. awesome... you guys good at cinematography... that's why I feel it and enjoy more than ever... safe ride.... satay safe and bring more videos... your videos may be poring my home screen soon... 😀.. love from Sri Lanka...
Thank you for sharing such beautiful places of Colombia. My favorite is Jardin. What a beautiful, beautiful town that is where I am retiring God willing.🙏

Oh my gosh ❤ This episode is Absolutely Fantastic 💯 😍 You guys did an amazing job capturing Colombia and especially our beloved Jardin :) We loved spending time with you but Kim and I cannot express enough our heartfelt thanks for how you captured our city and people. You two are the Real Thing ❤ Safe travels and look forward to seeing you in Europe.
this brought back so much memories when I did Colombia 10 years ago! It is the people that I remember most now... apart from the Coffee valley, Medellin and Bogota
Wow this was sososoosososo worth the wait! Love this longer video but the downside is we have to wait so long. Great job guys looks like you’re continuing to have a fantastic time. ❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it! This video took exceptionally long because I (Kim) had some serious shoulder issues a while back, got sick a few times, etc. We're hoping to crank up the speed and still make longer videos regularly ;)
Colombia is a beautiful country. When I was there in the 70's it was already known for quite a bit of violence (at that time, it was associated with emeralds, not drugs) and Venezuela next door was where people went instead. Now, everyone goes to Colombia and Venezuela is not stable enough to visit.
Absolutely. Must have been so cool to see Colombia in the 70s! We met some people on this trip who had been to Venezuela though. But we're keeping that for later ;)
Interesting. Can I ask what you mean by this? What are the elements you missed in the video then / what made it like a travel agency ad (because it's not)?
@@NaickKim I suppose I was put off by the over-produced intro with the voice over. It felt like you were trying to sell the viewer on a trip to these areas, rather than just a couple taking the viewer on a fun adventure/holiday with them. Your older videos where you talk to the camera felt more personal and were more enjoyable for me. But you do what you enjoy for yourselves! :)
@@holdthelight11 Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it. We're trying different styles of videos to see what people enjoy most. You're right that the older videos are more personal. We'll keep it in mind.

@@NaickKim I purchased a finca outside Medellin, in RioNegro. Close to the airport.

Thank you for taking us to South America, love all the series.
Greeting from Taiwan
One of your best videos since Taiwan, and that says a lot. We have direct flights to Medellin only four hours and cheap too. Your video is inspiring.

Goede video . 1 van de mooiste watervallen in colombia is die van Santa Rosa de Cabal met warm water bronnen .
Bedankt voor de tip 👍🏻👍🏻 Gaan we opschrijven voor volgende keer

Very professional start tothe video with the overview. Can you revert to kms again rather than feet or miles, or at least use both.
I'll do both next time :) good point
Unos aventureros como Indiana Jones
You didn't go to Barichara, just an hour away from San Gil? It is one of the most beautiful towns in Colombia, sorry if you missed it.
We'll keep it in mind for our next visit 👍🏻
Aww, my uncle lives in Antioquia!!!! XOXOXOXO
Oh wow! Where in Antioquia? :) It's so pretty there
In Santa Fe de Antioquia! He has a house, garden and 6 dogs 🐕 ❤
Great job on this video! You need a deal with National Geographic!

It is shamefull and insulting that you mention Pablo Escobar.
👍
We haveto teach GRINGOS that Colombia is not Pablo Escobar
