You were soooo lucky seeing a sloth crossing the road! Ecuador is a beautiful country! We did a road trip in January 2020 and one of my favorite places was Banos with the Devil’s Cauldron Waterfall. We also loved Cotopaxi and Cuenca.

It was also cool seeing how Naick towered over everyone in that foot powered cable car, and you almost did too Kim. La region Costa con sus maravillosas playas al pie del Océano Pacífico lindas ciudades y la principal Guayaquil la ciudad más grande importante del Ecuador, Manta, Esmeralda, Machala. La region Sierra con sus altos nevados y lindas ciudades como su capital Quito, Cuenca, Loja Ambato etc. La Región Oriental o selva Amazonica, con bellas ciudades pequeñas, y las Región Insular, las Galápagos una de las más famosas islas del mundo.. Hay mucho que recorrer.

The cheese that comes with the bizcochos is actually supposed to be put into the chocolate! Then you dunk the bizcocho in the chocolate and drink the chocolate with melted cheese ☺️
Thank You for a grreat video of Ecuador, it's funny that we always see Ecuador as a small country, but If we compare it to other European countries, Ecuador is either bigger or the same size. On another note, I hope next time you can visit the coast, which has beautiful beaches and delicious food ( Manabi is my top destination in the coast).

The drink was made by the olmecs when they found the cocoa in ecuador and other parts of the Amazon, and they brought it to Mexico. Together with the Mayans, they created the drink. Eventually, the aztecs created the chocolate disk/bar. Most modern day milk chocolate is famous in Europe.
El Metro, in Bogota, is a the local bus network. All the stations are gated, for security, and it is just terrible being trapped in a busy station. In all the time I've spent in Bogota, I've only used El Metro once. A nice old lady pulled at my sleeve and asked "Can you see my husband, he has a red hat". I was at least a foot taller than everyone, I looked around and said "Yes, he's over there" Another time I met my sister in Berlin. She had a red coat, same colour as your shirt. We were doing a walking tour on busy street, and a lady asked me "How do we know which tour group is ours?" I told her I was just following my sisters coat. About an hour later the lady and I realised that we had been following the wrong red coat And you break up the cheese into the Hot Chocolate. First time my wife gave it to me I thought WHAT? but now I don't drink Chocolate without cheese
