In 1976, a 14 year old student asked me my favorite music group. I answered, "The Bee Gees". He said he never heard of them. Then in 1977, "Saturday Night Fever", a world wide phenomenon. I'm 83 years and was able to follow them from their beginning. Their music is eternal.
Man, that song " rings around the Moon " is one of the most hauntingly, beautiful songs I've ever heard." Superlative harmonies in a very poignant theme-set. Thank you Jesus for fantastic ballads that cut to the quick and drop a tear as well. Good job Beegees W/ your God- given talent.
The photographs of Robin and the song 'Rings Around The Moon' playing as Barry kissed the rose and let it go onto Robin's casket, it really was an emotional moment and watching Robin's dogs walking behind the carriage. This video hit hard. Long live the Bee Gees! Keep going, Barry.
Robin's hauntingly beautiful voice will live on forever. The 3 brothers' harmonies can never be matched in this lifetime. And I know their true fans appreciate all the work and care that went into these melodies. Thank you Barry, Robin and Maurice for sharing your talent with the world..

In my 70s and always listened to the Best group of all time without doubt. I am devastated and ashamed to say that not until recgently had l heard the full extent of a solo version sound from Robin Gibb and his angelic sounding voice. Treasure this sound cos you won't hear another one like it. Love You Robin always..RIP.😢😢💌💌

Barry often says in interviews that Robin was the most ambitious of The Bee Gees, although he had an incredible voice himself, he was the one that suggested they record many of their hits using Barry’s falsetto! It must be incredibly hard for Barry to lose all his brothers, with whom he shared so much!
This brought back memories of how spectacular the Bee Gees were! I miss the old days when they brought us their romantic music! They were one of a kind! I will miss them forever! 😢

Robin is at the very top off my list of favourite singers. His voice is so beautiful. I will always remember the date of his funeral, Friday, 12th, June, 2012, as I lost my beautiful mother that morning. Every time I hear Robin for the rest of my days I will be reminded of her. Thank you, Robin, for so many precious memories down the years.

You expressed it all so very well. I also love that his beloved Irish wolf-hounds were included in the funeral march. I've read where his dog, Ollie, wouldn't leave Robins side during his final days at home.💔

They were magnificent! Robin was the star, then. To me he still is, though you have to look for his gems among record B-sides, CD bonus tracks and whatnot. Many of the pieces where he sang lead or co-lead were left out of the Bee Gees' albums (like this song), or they are still unreleased (like "Sensuality", or "I'll be there"). How bloody stupid!
What a great voice and song! Beautiful melodies throughout this one and Maurice adds sooo much to this with his excellent keyboard work, too! One of my many BeeGee favorites!

I will always remember the date of his funeral, Friday, 12th, June, 2012, as I lost my beautiful mother that morning. Every time I hear Robin for the rest of my days I will be reminded of her. Thank you, Robin, for so many precious memories down the years.

They were magnificent! Robin was the star, then. To me he still is, though you have to look for his gems among record B-sides, CD bonus tracks and whatnot. Many of the pieces where he sang lead or co-lead were left out of the Bee Gees' albums (like this song), or they are still unreleased (like "Sensuality", or "I'll be there"). How bloody stupid!
