I'm taking it as 2 things. Balboa Bay's team and coach wasn't really worried about losing hence why no one complained. 2, the ref probably thought the same. But in future references, this probably should be addressed by the coaches coaching him. Don't want to be too harsh because he's still young and has time to grow and change things, but its pretty clear he holds the ball lol.
