One of the things that made Naruto really memorable for me is how the OST's really carried the scenes. It maybe the fights, the emotional moments, or even the everyday moments.
Story of Itachi still saddens me to this day, even after watching more than 250 anime series it is still my favorite character and Naruto is my favorite anime.

I cried so much during Itachi’s release of the Reanimation Jutsu. No matter how many time I watch that one scene, I still cry a river. 😭 Damn Kabuto for reanimating Itachi, when he has pain-freed, but at least he could see Sasuke again even if it was awkwardly painful.

Sasuke lost his family and Clan but he had his teammates like bro everyone was trying to get him back but his desire for power made him a cringe character. Madara had literally to rely on himself or use Obito as his pawn.
You can say Dragon Ball is better (not imo), but Naruto OST is something unmatchable, for me is the best soundtrack of all anime. i've never felt so connected to a scene as i did watching all the emotional moments in this work.
