Technically all the yordles are really old, it's just the mindset that varies if I remember correctly.
So uh, live wild I guess.
The place where the yordles are from goes through time differently, so not a lot of time passes for them but time on the outside passes normally. And then Lulu went even farther into the inception and went to the land of the faeries which ages even slower than the yordle city.
The Lore's being updated slowly. I do know that Veigar is older than Noxus itself so I'm pretty sure all the yordles are pretty old.
